One staff service is good

They didnt wash the bedsheets .old customers dry sperms marks are still there..very worst facilities with high charge .I booked ac room but ac not working properly .it seems 20 years old garbage A,/C.. totally disappointed.

Easily accessible location, All the Staff are kind & Geniune..

TV was not working, even though the complaint raised from our side by more than 2 times, it was not rectified.. Otherwise it was on nice stay at the property..

Cleness and location

Uncomfortable in room no. 104..,room size was small.., most of tv channel not available and signal issue.

Hotel is nearby to important tourist venues

Very very narrow walkway to reach hotel premises and that passage was horribly stinking with wastewater running through open drains.

As seen in the Google photos the room is very small, no space to change dress also. And there is so many insects inside room . Not so clean

Location is nearby familiar college, commercial place & Rock temple. Good food.

First, i would like to share my staying experience. A friendly reception staff, neet and clean room and accessable facilities in and around.I prefer to stay here for my family and forthcoming business visits.I thanks for the staffs in the Grand stay and it is a comfort stay.

Cleanliness is good

Staff is not polite. No room boys to help for luggage. Rooms are very congested. No vehicle parking facility. Hotel is not in main road. Vehicles are not approachable upto Hotel entrance. We should carry our luggage through a very narrow and dirty path.

Do not stay here...

This is by far the worst place we have stayed. From the outside it looks passable but once we stepped into our room we felt like we were in a prison cell. The room is basic, the "clean" bedding we requested had blood stains and the pillows smelt like spew. The bathroom was disgusting. Towels provided were paper thin and were stained, with what looked like human feaces. There was an outside light which shone into our room all night. We couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning. Would not recommend staying, not even for the price.

We had a fantastic experience staying at hotel grand stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to chathiram Bus stand trichy . . We really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trichy!

Size of room was quite different from pictures

Good localisation.

Dirty bedding, no toilet paper, even after asking multiple times, no wi-fi in the room, lack of help and interest from the staff.

No things that attracted us.

This is to all the Malaysia guest, if you opt to stay here. Please don’t ever choose, it is a street of urine smells, unsafe entrance, the room is full of cockroaches and bugs. We’ve been stay a night and it was a nightmare for us having infants. Booked about 5rooms, all rooms are same. Low budget hotels. Unsafe due to lots of drunkard men’s. Room and location was totally waste! Don’t ever choose this hotel.

While booking I was shown a bigger, decent room but they allotted me a pigion hole type of room with hardly any space. The beds and linen provided seemed to be used. After repeated requested they changed the pillow cover. Drinking water was not provided and I was asked to fill it myself from a common area. At night there was a drunken brawl in the next room and I realised this hotel is not suitable for respectable family to stay.

Water cooler provided in common.

Room size small Bed size is big, hence no space to move.No complementry water bottle.
