Linens were terrible. Must have been weeks since they washed the bedsheets and pillow covers.Pillows stink. I mean it.The cupboard in which the pillows are stored stenches. I did not dare to store my clothes thete

Rooms are good and the staff is very courteous. Proximity to many temples from the Hotel is really good and well located.

No proper parking facility. Also security services at the parking needs to improve.Over and above the pricing and quality of food needs lot of attention and its not value for money. Over service needs some attention and can be improved a lot with good supervision.

1) Rooms are neat,2) Staff are polite,

1) We loose on check out timings,2) Lunch is not worthy for what we pay, Rs.250/- per meals.

Only plus is the location. Facilities, cleanliness, COURTESY all needs to improve. At this price, they cannot take guests for granted.

Courteousness

Rooms are spacious for the price. Located in the city, so fairly close to a good number of temples.

Food was bad. The items on the menu were not available. Taste was not good either. And it is crowded. The hotel is not very clean - they kept the dirt at the stairs at the end of the hallway while cleaning for a long time and left the door open for it to be visible for everyone. We had rooms right next to them. It was a bad experience.

Breakfast is paid and it is not good as buffet instead i can order the food whose quality is much more better

Location was good except some train disturbances from the railway station which is bang opposite to the hotel.Pur veg restaurant is good. Food was good and tasty.

Since I had booked on line through booking.com I was told check in and check out is 12 noon. I reached the at night 10 pm and I checked out at 8 pm next day. I was asked to pay for 2 days. The reason given was it is online booking. Else if the booking was done directly they would allow 24 hrs checkout. This is ridiculous. Booking .Com should take up with all properties and ask them to allow 24 hrs checkout.

Not comfortable.

The bathroom was stinking. The wash basin tap was fixed after we pointed out. Collection of full amount on check-in

it was nice to easily get to and from the train.the staff at the shop next door were nice.

I arrived and the linens were stained and clearly hadn’t been changed. there wasn’t hot water. the restaurant was ok if you don’t mind choking on incense. both in the lobby and in the restaurant the incense was so thick my eyes were burning. the fan was either on full blast or barely moving.

The staff were friendly and try to help and assist.

The property itself was not that clean and the wifi connection didn't connect to our room.We felt that the property is not value for money. We are totally disappointed about our stay.

cleanliness, lift, onion bujji at restaurant was superb but little bit costly, near to railway station.

Actually property is very near to Kumbakonam Railway station, We reached the property around 7 am, as we travelling from Bangalore by train, as we don't have option we reached early, but they have taken extra money for early check in around 1800 rs, plus initial booking cost around 2400/-, i was terribly unsatisfied with extra charge for early check in and i didnt even stayed for 24 hrs. this is totally bad.

I chose because of the rating .

it’s not worth the money.just for bed , approx ₹2800/- without breakfast is too too fancy .Room service & the spread @ restaurant definitely not to standards .it just a place to sleep .Kumbakonam, Temple Visits .start @ 6 am & come back at 9 pm . it’s a place to be ?

hot water does not come in the shower. use bucket only which seems normal in Indis
