Staff is friendly and helpful. Good location. Good food.

Time to change the sheets and towels to new ones. Towels were not dirty. Just worn out.

While booking the breakfast was included in the price but the front desk said b'fast is not part of the deal also most of the visitors are pilgrims but the hotel doesn't have a separate Veg restaurant, only option is Annalakshmi which is both veg & non-V

Centrally located.

We booked 2 bedrooms with king bed in both rooms. But they provided us with one bedroom with King bed and another one with 2 single beds. When enquired, the property said their connecting rooms are designed this way. We never insisted on connecting rooms while booking

The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with hot water. The breakfast had a wide spread and was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Right from reservation confirmation, room stay was very comfortable, neat, clean, well maintained room and well mannered staff especially Reception staff Ms.Jothi was courteous, complementary breakfast was full spread served as early as 7.30 am with smile, really awesome hospitality, worth the money

Too much noise from the road, as well as from the staff service area. Ask for a room away from both of these.

Travelled to kumbakonam for the past 23 years .Not stayed here. Don't know why.Stayed only now.Excellent .Even the restaurant is excellent.

They had three chairs in the room: a desk chair, and two armchairs. It was chair heaven.

The music playing in the elevator was horrendous.

Until I checked in did I realize this is a Quality Inn by Choice hotels (like in US).Room was comfortable and as pictured on Booking. Restaurant had reasonably priced dinner and breakfast had eggs to order along with Indian cuisine. Received an English language newspaper in the morning.

Didn't have any hand towels.

The staff were really not concerned about the guest. I had to call them several times to get things done. It was so annoying.

1. Super slow responses 2. Did not clean the room although I told them before I left the room3. The restaurant staff were super slow. I ordered a coffee and received it after 45 mins after calling them three / four times.4. The bed sheets had strains and when I asked them to take a look they came in after an hour.

We liked cleanliness. Housekeeping and room service is good. Staff members are polite.

We dint like both veg and non veg together in restaurant. Pure veg restaurant should be separate as many people travel to Kumbakonam as pilgrim to visit temples and would prefer vegetarian food.

food is excellent and service is good....Shaver door not getting closed and .It appears that the same is not used for long time. Flush out not working properly.
