no parking available..already 3 cars parked inside. no space for me. i hadto park in the road where buses were plying. very dangerous car could get damaged. please refund atleast 50% wifi also very weak...

Only good thing about the property is that it’s located centrally. Even though the room is clean, service is very very poor. Geyser and tv were not working and the staff there have no clue on the same. While room charges has to be paid in advance, but they do not care for room service. Definitely not worth staying.

The rooms are not clean .Water heater not working. Bath room is very unhygienic and slippery. Bath soap , is of low quality. Suggest tt they display their wifi id and pw all over car park is very u clean and with debris thrown all over

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chela and would recommend anyone visiting Kumbakonam. The hotel is centrally located making it extremely convenient for travellers. It is just a short distance from local temples, restaurants, shopping areas and popular restaurants.The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained offering comfortable experience. The Hotel Manager Shahul Hameed was courteous and helpful. His assistance made a huge difference. I truly appreciate his hospitality. I will definitely stay there on my next visit

Location wise its good, I used the room only to sleep at night, so I am not much worried about other things.

Windows were not good, floor cleanliness require attention by Hotel management.

Cleanliness. All corners are with cobwebs. Lot of pigeon droppings. Bath room is stinking and not clean. Few taps broken. Curtains holders were broken.

Like many places in the state it needs thoroughly cleaning, it's in need of some some maintenance, bed is very hard, main issue was our room was ridiculously hot even with windows and door open and the fan on.

Rooms too small with no ventilation. TV was non functional. Location ok. Parking was too cramped. Did not enjoy stay here.

Strategically located at the city where medical shops, hospital, restaurants, clothing shop available at your door step. Best location for local experience.

Not clearly stated whether the room was with A/C or non in the website. Rooms with A/C was slightly overpriced. The bed was hard & flat. The bathroom was dirty & not cleaned prior welcoming a new guest. Spider web was almost everywhere. Need to improve a lot on cleanliness.

It lacks cleanliness. Looks dirty. Bathroom is horrible. Shower's do not work Water flow through the taps are very poor.Looks very ugly. Not worth for the money we pay

Good location, close to all major attractions. Good value for money, good rooms with functional AC and facilities. Cannot ask for more. Good service too.

Staff at reception desk is not friendly or smiling, which is odd, this is not to say anything wrong with service. The staff is just to-the-point. Can do a bit more in making the guests feel welcome just by a simple smile.

Free toiletries - not provided even asked.Responded that booking.com wrongly mentioned.I checked in at morning (around 5.10 reached Chennai by train 16865) and checked out at 9.00 am.

Location is ok. Room boys tried their best to help. Receptionists were not that helpful.

Water bottles, dental-kit not provided. Wi-fi not working. No sports channel in TV. Ants in bathroom. Leaking pipes and cistern. Very small towels.
