As per my opinion I'm very much happy about the service which i get from them. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. So we are very much happy about our stay. The hotel exceeded expectations. High-quality breakfast with a good variety of options.

Sofa not comfortable, no chair available, towel dirty and old.

Comfortable rooms & south Indian cuisine

Swimming pool was not clean

Very good. All items on the menu freshly prepared. The items I tasted were very good, both at breakfast and dinner.Courtesy and response of staff was very good at all times.Health club though basic is good for a short workout. One treadmill and a selection of dumbells.Pool is small but well maintained and inviting. A good place to cool off.

1.Covered car parks would be nice2. The body wash and shampoo in the shower cares could be better as in both, fragrance and lather.A shaving razor and cream as part of the standard layout would be nice.

Disappointing

The dinner was horrible. We ordered Naan, kulcha, butter chicken and sweet corn chicken soup. Everything was horrible. We were very disappointed with the taste. The service staff was very naive and inexperienced.

Nothing to be honest !!

We drove in from Chennai and upon our arrival the staff at the reception was soooooooo rude !! I mean they were just not courtious. All of them were so pissed and tired and had one word answers. Horrible !! All this for us who booked 5 rooms.The breakfast was Bad ! The coffee machine did not work. When I asked for a Filter coffee I got that after 25 min. The location is bad and in the middle of no where.

Breakfast is Very Good , with varity of choices like fruits ,juices, trraditional items , all cerals and like timing is very Good . staff are really good and served with smile all the time .the premises is very clean at all times and good area for walk in evening

an addition of a A Body massage room will add value to this property and will help needy residents .infact i was looking for it and nothing in close proximity .

The ac was not working ! Aftr repeated conversation with staff they changed the room! The prob was even in the other room ac was not working properly! In a place lke Coimbatore ac should not go wrong ! It’s damn hot.

The ambience was pleasant. Rooms met expectations. Staff were alright although reception took their time checking us in. Buffet was okay and had a decent spread.

Pool is only 4ft deep and the water wasn't very clean. Fitness centre is just a small room with a couple treadmills. The wifi wouldn't connect with the given credentials and had to go down to the reception with the devices to get it sorted.

Hopeless location. too remote, no cabs available

NO bar, AC not cooling, Water was dripping from AC, we could not sleep due to dripsound and in the night could not locate source of water

Everything1. Staff is not cooperative2. Room was very small3. Really Poor services 4. Washrooms pot tanks button was not working5. Good property but maintained by poor staff

becoz this property is close to our new property

1)cleanliness and ambience could have been much better.2) room dining is bit slow could have better much better speed.3) transportation shud provide as when and when required by the client

Good size of rooms , n8ce property

Never seen a reception without any staff , had to wait for 10min to see any one around , later the guy endlessly claimed that he can't find the booking . Inspite providing the name surname and confirming that I was called from hotel and I checked out in the morning and rechecking in on a new booking .Later another crazy issue , gave laundry, in which they did not wash the jeans but just ironed them and gave back dirty - claiming its washed .... trying to fool the clients.... the issue was resolved by levied charges... never expected such an approach.

Close to airport

Food, sloppy taps, room amenities, lack of cabs and hotel shuttle to airport

Location is not suitable. It is stand alone property remotely located. Difficult to find taxi or auto. Staff service is poor.
