The amenities, location, the design and 'newness' of the building , the interior design, the materials used for furnishing, tiling, bathrooms, curtains and electrical appliances.though I believe they could provide a mini fridge also ,I will give a 10 for all these

It's severely understaffed...the manager seems to be handling almost everything...there's no cleaning staff...we were disappointed at seeing poop spits and unclean bathroom and room floors....this is our 4th visit..we had very satisfactory initial visits here..but now due to understaffing (as told by the managing staff) the cleanliness is severely compromised...I am sure with time passing either this will deteriorate due to bad maintenance or get better with proper supervision..I will give a 2 /10 for it

This place is right at Peelamedu - and from there it is easy to access the city using the flyover. We could quickly reach Metupalayam Road.

All is well.

Big room for three persons we good a kitchen and two bathrooms and two vit sleepinh rooms It was really great

My experience at Mugundan's Smart Stay, Coimbatore, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with warm and genuine hospitality. The property itself is well-maintained, modern, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly made my stay special was the attentive and courteous staff, Mr.Manikandan and his team who went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location is also great – it's peaceful and yet close to key attractions and essential spots in the city. The whole experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out, and I genuinely felt valued as a guest. If you're looking for a stay that offers both comfort and a welcoming environment in Coimbatore, Mugundan's Smart Stay is the place to be. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

The in-charge person is really good in taking care of guests and the facilities are at perfection. Families can always chose this spot.

Can't say anything negative about the property. Only problem is to go out for food every single time.
