Fairfield by Marriott Coimbatore

Convenient location for my purpose of visit.

I visited the hotel reception asking for a room and I was informed that no rooms are available but I reserved the room by booking.com and got the room instantly. I felt that when a customer is at the front desk and cannot get the room, it’s an issue that needs management attention. I have no complaints, but this is an area for improvement. For no reason we had a middleman (booking.com) in middle!Anyways, thanks for the hospitality

The rooms were great and the service staff was excellent. Right from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant

There was nothing that we didn't like. No complaints whatsoever

Location

Staff can be trained more for Marriot standards and quality of breakfast can be improved. The breakfast spread was good and wide.

It appears to be a business hotel with bare essentials. Small rooms, limited food menu.

Super prime located near to airport & all institutions GRD & PSGSuper comfy & and very friendly staff . Who will go beyond their duty limits to make sure we are comfortable & stress free - especially with kids Specifically & Special mention to front desk manger Ms. Albina who exceptional at her job . And ensure the JW Marriott standard are kept

Nothing to complain about

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made travel very easy. The staff were amazing – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was also a highlight, with a variety of tasty options that made every meal enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great choice for comfort and convenience.

There was loud drilling in the middle of the night, which was extremely disturbing and made it impossible to sleep. For a hotel stay, comfort and rest should be the priority, but unfortunately this was not the case. I would strongly recommend the management address this issue immediately, as it completely ruined the experience

Everything. Location, staff, rooms , food

Location, service and staff were excellent

Gym can be improved with more equipments

Location is optimal being so close to the airport. The other and most important that made me the stay totally amazing was the F&B team of the hotel, who go above and beyond to cater to your every need. They take to the heart the saying - the way to the heart is through the stomach. As the stomach was anything but happy after being catered by the F&B team of Pushparaj, Sujoy das, and team has been exceptional in making our stay as comfortable as possible

The property is need of some TLC

Breakfast needs improvement. It could have been much better

Travelling down South, I asked for a masala Dosa for dinner. They could not make it ? Shocking !!

excellent. Chef Muthu and Chef SHakti were just amazing. They made big difference in a positive way. Very warm and engaging.

Housekeeping and maintenance team needs to pull up. The toilet seat of the room alloted was not properly fixed, even after reporting it was not fixed for 45 mins until I personally had to go down and made comapliant again. The team does not care when any issue is raised over phone. This is something they should improve on as it gives very poor impression of hotel as a whole.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were exceptional. Emails were always answered promptly and staff always curious. Room service food was fast, authentic and tasty.

The property is very close to the airport. It was easy to stay there and then proceed for our onward journey the next day. The property clean and comfortable with all required amenities. Chef Sujoy prepared a delicious meal for us as per our request. The staff was very helpful and smiling. We liked everything about the property. We had a good stay. Thank you.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I was there for a night as a solo female traveller. Excellent location, 5 mins from the airport. Good food, extremely courteous staff, very safe.

The hotel is located near to the airport and good for short trips

The pricing for food is too high…

Quiet and cozy hotel close to the airport. Rooms were well designed and comfortable. Cheerful and friendly staff. Value for money,

Nothing much in the surrounding area within walkable distance except the airport

Cleanliness, room furnishing, functional amenities

A bit pricy for the location, particularly the restaurant.

The hotel staff were courteous, friendly and prompt. The facility was kept clean at all times. The breakfast was very good.

Mr hamsa at the reception was amazing.vedy polite and accommodating.

A stones throw from coimbatore airport. Extremely courteous staff. Rooms are a decent size and modern. Shower was really good. Had a great meal at the restaurant where the Chef and Manager came to talk to us and ask if there was anything they could do for us. Special shout out to Sujoy. Thank you team Marriott Coimbatore.
