Clean, comfortable, attentive, responsive. Restaurant, in room dining, gym were excellent.

Housekeeping was a wee bit sloppy on a couple of areas.

Pricy for a compact Executive suite

Located close to Racecourse road, enjoyed my morning walk there. The deluxe room itself was spacious, well made and sufficient for a family of 4. Great place to stay in Coimbatore.

Right at Race course road, the hotel is located very conveniently in the city. The staff was exceptional with their welcome style behavior. We were greeted well, our request for rooms were accommodated and the check in was smooth. The breakfast spread was excellent with segregation in Veg and Non-Veg spread and the staff was very prompt with out requests and live orders. They really made us welcome there and helped with all our requests like a packed breakfast for 2 small kids we were travelling with. They provided a wheelchair and allocated the room next to the elevator.Highly recommended for their hospitality, service and overall experience.

I felt that the room service was slightly overpriced but it was well prepared and served promptly making it all well. Just a little suggestion about the transparent windows/glass between the room and the bathroom, however, it was well curtained but it can be a bit uneasy with family and girls using it.

Breakfast is good but need to provide better quality bread. Very good reception staff who started speaking in Tamil - which was nice to hear.

The staff kept asking the same questions many time. Need to increase information about the different facilities and the swimming pool was closed the whole time I stayed (without any information beforehand).

The property is clean, the location is a very convenient place. The valet parking staff was extremely courteous. Their bed are comfortable, washroom has all toiletries required and is clean.

This is my second visit in less than a month. They do not have an option to retrieve customer ID records and every time it has to be resubmitted as if you are going for a first time. They are anyway keeping our ID for audit purpose as it is a govt requirement. It would have been better if it was retained and traced on a mobile number or name search. This could be considered.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and the location is centrally placed. Their pillows are one of the best I have slept on. Very comfortable which makes your stay even more pleasant. Special note to the extremely courteous Valet parking staff.

The check in staff could be more pleasant. A smile on a face will indeed help!!!

Breakfast choices were excellent. Amenities met expectation on the premise. Staff were well mannered.

Horrible experience

We have booked a club twin room in ITC Welcome group ,for 3 adults,with one single bed and a queen bed in booking.com.But when we checked in, the staff provided with a queen bed and asked to take a extra bed costing 1500 per day. When enquired , the staff told us there is no such room in their property. This was totally unacceptable and had to argue a lot but without any result.never happened such an incident anywhere before. Had to change a room due to cleanliness issue also

Location and food were very good. Also the staff were courteous and friendly.

The carpet in the room needs good cleaning. As there is no bathtub in the room, there should have at least been a hand shower. Had to request a mug and bucket to give bath to our kid. The bath drain was slow to drain water after bath.

Staff were all great! Especially Robin (spelling might be wrong) at the front desk. Bed was very comfy and bathroom was pretty & comfortable- open, lots of light, spacious, and great shower!

I believe coffee/tea should be complimentary especially in the morning and especially in a 5-star hotel! The dining staff at first were not accommodating. I did not want the full buffet and so they weren't sure if I could have coffee. It was sorted out in the end but hopefully their process can improve in this area. Also, I lost my mac laptob computer charger before arriving and as a 5-star hotel, my expectation is that 5-star Hotels are prepared to help their guests with all tech needs. But, they could not help me.

I like the ambience and safety measures they take towards the guest.

The breakfast is not good...our room have leakage problem we noticed it later and i feel it's not worthy for what we paid they took almost 14000 for one day but the facilities are not provided top notch and they told even they charge extra if we use any complimentary refreshments which are held in fridge.its very new to me..I am disappointed with my stay..we have booked for 3 members then they should provide toliters according to that but no they kept two towels one is used in that we can clearly see that 1 pair of slipper two tooth brush and only one sope it's really disappointing to me.i feel like i should have made any other beautiful hotel with that price we arrived 2 hours before check in so they charged extra ok i agree with they hotel policies what ever they have atleast we should feel it's worthy for that but no it's not at all levels of ITC.

Cleanliness and attention to detail simply not befitting a five star hotel. Not well maintained, housekeeping staff not properly trained, room was not properly cleaned when handed over, pillows smelly, bed not neatly done.

Location

I got a food poisoning when I ordered dinner. This has not happened to me since I have come to India. It sure the reason. Maybe the salad and the the water that it was washed with when I ordered biryani and onion tandoori naan.
