Poor booking system. Booked for 1 night but when I arrived at the hotel, reception said it was all sold. No rooms available. Highly disappointed.

Stay was good.. nice spacious room, same like the website picture. Clean restroom and yummy breakfast in the morning are served. Decent and humble staffs.. safe stay.. walkable distance to Gandhipuram.

RoomTV

Breakfast Below Average A/C was not that cool but manage with fan & a/c.

Excellent breakfast, nice staffs at reception desk

Bed linens, towels

The room is in good shape. AC and wifi working good. Was good to relax after long day in active Coimbatore... Location is central in Coimbatore, on the big axis and not far from the airport. The staff helped to organize a taxi for the airport on next morning.

Small room is good/ideal for one night, probably not more

Good

I checked at night, they said by morning 11 am, you must check out. Felt bad. It should be for 24 hrs. It's a kind of force to check out. I wanted to stay there till 4pm.

Breakfast, location, connectivity, staff attitude

Washroom size

Staff were accommodating for the most part. Easy to talk to and generally friendly.

There were very limited facilities in the hotel. The linen was not clean. The bathrooms were equiped with limited amenities.

Centre of place good, staff are good

Ac not working properly, hand wash liquid old one

Good food, Good hospitality Nice location

Room could have been more spacious...I felt the room is pretty compact for the money what I paid...

Location

The front desk staff was very rude. He doesn't know how to deal with customer. We have faced multiple issues. Hot water was not coming. He asked us to do this and that then after 1hr, he said we have 10000 litter hot tank and everyone used water and he can't do anything. He gave us bucket of hot waters after 30 mins. We have 4 rooms booked and wifi is not working on all rooms. He tried to fix it and after 1hr he said it is not wifi problem but TV problem. He has no curtesy to say sorry but he is showing me an attitude. It was very bad experience.

Quick check in and check out

1. Towels had brown stains in it2. Charged 600 inr extra for early check in but didn't offer breakfast on the check in date3. Breakfast were not ready on time.

Food and service

Doors could have been better Bed sheets and pillows little dirty

Clean room, bed linen and toilets. Great breakfast. Staff is helpful. Parking is adequate and secure.Good Value.
