Only room,no other facility like bath towel,toileteries

very small room. Its says 3 star hotel . But Its lodge with very basic facilities .

WiFi was not working. The hotel management kept saying everyday that someone is going to come and look into the issue. I had to use my mobile data during my complete stay. Rooms where really bad, bathrooms were horrible with fully flooded. Water had no place to go. I will never ever come and stay in this hotel ever in my future. Even jansi deluxe is also the same. Don't book both the hotel. Its horrible place to stay. Thanks

The location was great and staff was supportive and friendly.

Smell of Cigarette smoke in rooms. Toilet are in urgent need of rennovation

Worst experience…..Very bad smell in the room including , toilet, bed and bedsheets… no information given regarding WiFi, complimentary breakfast, room service etc.

The hotel is just inside beside busy shopping area in gandhipuram and lots of shops nearby and restaurants to eat

First location was so easily accessible as it was near to Gandhipuram bus stand. Room was good and breakfast was not bad though the items are limited it felt ok for the price.

Mosquitos were the real concern although the cleanliness of the room was good the amount of mosquitos inside room was so irritating.

The front office staff (an elder man) was not in good mood to receive guests nor ready to offer a smile or answering our enquiries. The parking is at a near by hotel.

It is near by crosscut road. Other than nothing special in this hotel.

There are a lot of things to say about this hotel. The staff are not ready to see the customers needs, they allocate the room like here and there for the family. They have given the worst room full of smoking smell that I am not ready to take. After having a big argument they changed rooms. I am very sorry, these people are ready to give rooms for bachelors for enjoying smoking, drinking, etc. This place is not suitable for families. Parking is a small place in front of the hotel and the location is also a small lane. Worst room and the bathroom towel bed sheets are not cleaned. The bathroom is very bad. The only thing is it is near the city center. Later we found Lakshmi Complex hotel, which is opposite to this hotel is very good with parking and all the accessories. Then the next day we moved to that hotel. As a whole worst hotel in my experience.

I always prefer Treebo for staying purpose as it is one of the best hotels to stay for. But Treebo Jansi Residency is one of the worst hotel to stay. I stayed there for 2 days. The room was decent but there were lot of mosquitoes in that room. I repeatedly called them 5 times to the receptionist for taking some actions such as providing All out or goodknight mosquito repellents. However, he didn't take any action. After around 6 hours, when I went to the receptionist counter and told him, he misbehaved and told me not to argue and shout and gave me an ALLOUT repellent. I didn't find his behaviour to be good. I stayed there for 2 and half days. They didn't provide any room service (No change of bedsheets, no cleaning of room). Overall, I find the hotel to be pathetic to stay and hugely disappointed as Treebo is one of good chain of hotels to stay for. I will not recommend this hotel.

Value for money, clean hotel. The simple breakfast spread was also nice.

A tissue roll & drinking water glass in room wd hv been appreciated. They had providec 1 ltr mineral water bottle.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Value for money .

Very near to Gandhipuram Bus stand. Aadi yogi temple from Residency distance is 40km,number of buses.free breakfast.

Hotels and Restaurents are very near and franklin shopping mall distance is only 2km from Residency. Best for couples and price is 1,500 only. Thanks to Bookings.com
