The bedsheets and pillows were smelling bad and reused beyond its lifetime

BF is good,

cleanes of the room is very poor, no maintenance maintained , 8 years before I was stayed. It's was very good. Now very bad condition.

Location is Good!

Absolutely no maintenance , bed to bathroom linen is very old and untidy and bathroom is stained everywhere & service of staff is poor , no one cares for service and they’re short of staff . Every service takes time as there is absolutely NO accountability for customer service

hotel is in prime area easy accessible

the rooms are little worn out and the key card dosent work all the time , this hotel was in it's glory once , but not the same at this moment

rooms were nice. breakfast was good.

wifi was non existent. didn't work at all. bathrooms could be cleaner. the yellow stains on the toilets can be cleaned. bathroom needed a plumber visit to unclog as the water was leaking out of the shower

When I booked the complementary breakfast was there, but hotel disagree to provide.They are taking GST amount but not giving bill with GST.cheating to the public and also govt.

Nothing very bad experience no one available at the property to welcome the guest all went to sleep.They switch off the 80%of lights at the reception and lounge areas and even parking areas

Very hospitable Staff. The Pongal for breakfast was yummy.

The restaurant Breakfast Buffet was not well replenished after 9.00am.

Room made available on arrival. Room size. Reception was friendly.

Linens did not appear to be fresh. Air conditioning could have been better

The property don’t allow guest to rooms and they are not ready to inform when booking is made.. and talking to staff has no proper respect for guest I recommend not to take rooms there…

5 star property. Management and operations is 2 star. Good staff.

Get a consultant to fix -1. Sentless shampoo and soap.2. Water clogs in the shower. 3. Restaurant seats are disgustingly unclean. 4. Except lounge, smells weird everywhere. 5. Bar sound system is like being in a 3rd class event or marriage.6. Pool obviously looks dead. So nobody uses. 7. Towels are like scary. Super rough and like tooth brush.Beautiful property. Has chance to be the top hotel with out spending extra money. Hope the owner is reading this. Bro, get basics right. No extra cost.

The hotel is over all very spacious, big lobby and interior space. Rooms also are quite spacious and well laid out. The faiclities including toileteries etc was quite good. The breakfast was excellent and had a very vast spread. Friendly staff. The hotel also has good bar/pub/spa and recreation facilities.

Food was decent. Highlight was the food we ordered and not breakfast.

The hotel needs to work on their housekeeping. Regular calls and still nobody attends. Toilet is very dirty and stained. Towels don't smell fresh. The hotel lacks basic maintenance.

Room was clean , breakfast was good and room service was prompt. AC was very cool and comfortable.Location was also good, close to the airport. The hotel has ample parking.

Towels and bed linen was old, needs replacement.
