- booked 2 rooms, but had to cancel one of it. it’s been nearly two months and still have not received the refund. it is getting very hard to reach out to this property. have gone through booking.com. even they are saying that they are unable to reach out to this property. and the amount they are taking is not going to the their propert name. it says something called “SAARANYA HOSPITALITY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED”. now booking.com is claiming that refund can be possible only if the bank statement has this property’s name mentioned. this is ridiculous. they should have one or the other way to help here. totally dissatisfied with this property as well as booking.com

Very nice and quiet location close to good restaurants, very fast WiFi, good shower, staff extremely kind and helpful, everything was perfect, very recommended ???
Staffs are very good and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice time over there all together.
Location was away from the town and there is no nearby restaurant. Apart from that rest all is good.

No kettle on the room, no laundry service available
The hotel had a very positive vibe and it's a comfortable place if you are traveling for work and leisure. Mr Ravi host was very generous and he has offered everything which was asked on demand. The place is super clean feels like a king in the room with smart TV and other amenities.
Must have water kettle, basic things like hand wash and soap kit for guests in rooms and must be hand it over during check in.
