Excellent location, friendly and efficient staff, great food

The staff was very warm and upgraded us to business class suite. The morning breakfast spread had a lot of options and everything tasted great.

Location, cleanliness and staff courtesy. Amenities like the swimming pool were also top notch.

Dear Management Team,I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Radisson Blu, as the experience fell significantly short of the standards expected from a premium hospitality brand.Despite booking a room with a full bed, I was provided with two separate beds, which was inconvenient and not aligned with my confirmed reservation. Additionally, the condition of the room was unsatisfactory, with visible broken walls and maintenance issues, which negatively impacted the overall comfort and impression of the stay.The swimming pool facility was another major concern. It was not properly maintained, access was not enabled, and certain areas appeared broken, rendering the facility unusable. This was particularly disappointing, as such amenities influence the decision to choose a hotel of this category.Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was inadequate. The cooling was insufficient throughout the night, and as a result, I was unable to sleep properly, which significantly affected my stay.In addition to these issues, the Wi-Fi password was not provided correctly. I had to request it repeatedly—four times—before receiving proper access, which was both inconvenient and time-consuming. The television in the room was also not functioning properly, adding further discomfort during the stay.Considering the reputation and pricing associated with your brand, a higher level of service, maintenance, and attention to guest comfort is expected. I request that this matter be reviewed seriously, and I would appreciate a response outlining the corrective steps taken or any appropriate resolution.I hope this feedback will be used constructively to improve the guest experience in the future.
