Room size too small. No proper car parking. Security. I booked including breakfast. I had voucher included bfast. Hotel staffs argued that they got confirmation only for room. after couple of hours discussions / arguments, they agreed to include bfast.

Breakfast was good

No Wifi connection, no dental kit

The front desk staff was very nice and polite

There was just one toilet roll enough for one use, not stocked either. had to call in for that. There was an open condom wrapper in the closet, fell out when trying to grab the extra pillow. It shows that things don't get cleabed out. I did show the photo to the front desk.

Location is excellent, staff is courteous

Very good budget hotel in the heart of Coimbatore. We stayed 1 night each twice and the experience was pleasant. It was fairly clean and comfortable, the breakfast had a decent spread of choices and the staff was friendly. The main highlight was the location - it's right opposite the new hyper market and lots of other shops and eateries at walking distance.

Some of the amenities and room features like bathroom fixtures need replacing and renovation as they are very much dated.

Location excellent, staff very nice and polite. Room clean.To bear in mind that the room size however is on the compact side, with the shower area in the bathroom too small for a well built person..

Staff though polite seem to be forgetting guest requests, probably they are preoccupied or short staffed. Linen in the room though clean is not the typical white found in hotels of similar standards.Persobally felt the bed mattress was very soft, difficult for me at my age.

I made a booking for two nights from 3-5th NovemberOn 4th November, I messaged through Booking .com that I want to extend for one more dayI got a reply, that it is possible to extend But On 5th they said my room stay was not extendedThen again, I made a new booking for 5th NightAgain, they called me and said the booking is not doneSo I had to run up and down to extend my stayOn 30th Night I stayed in the same hotel, and they gave me a room with a broken WC and torn towels. Very well-designed rooms for a budget hotel in a strategic location - opp Lakshmi Mills Commercial Hub. Buffet was also quite widespread and gave a lot of choice between continental and traditional dishes. The place is well kept and smells fresh (though the use of more natural systems for fragrance would have been healthier).

The lobbies can be quite daunting because they are long and confusing, despite the orientation signage. The exhaust in the washrooms could be stronger, and the bottles' arrangement near the washbasin could be reversed: soap should be closer to the washbasin, not the moisturiser. Given that the hotel charges mid-level, help with luggage or escorting to the room would have been appreciated.

Our stay was quite disappointing and didn’t meet expectations. The cleanliness of the property was below standard, and the overall maintenance seemed poor. The toilets and washrooms looked very old and were not properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable.The staff were not professional in their approach and lacked proper hospitality training, which was quite surprising for a property claiming to be part of the Accor brand. The air conditioning system was also an issue — it was fixed at 24°C and couldn’t be adjusted, making the room uncomfortable at times.Considering these factors, I feel the property is not worth the money charged. The overall experience did not reflect the quality or service expected from a reputed brand.

I would like to know why my booking was canceled without a proper means to get in touch with me. I would also like somebody from either the booking.com management or also from the hotel management to get in touch with me to tell me what is going on and why is it that a regular customer needs to be treated like this?

The hotel is in a nice location and easily accessible. We were welcomed my friendly staff. The room was comfortable and cosy. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing wrong.

Very unclean and a smoking smell. No comb or dental kit . The faucet and shower have noise. Nothing is good. Too much unclean they are losing their standards

The staff and the food is amazing.Only because of good food I stay there for 5 nights.

The cleanliness especially in the guest room and washrooms in public area

Property was good, good location.

I felt like, little bit of cleaning was missing either in the bedroom or in the washroom. Secondly, I would like to say that I checked out very early in the morning and the kitchen, they told that coffee is not available since you have customers moving in and out like this. I appreciate if you could have a small snack meal available during the early time of departure.

The best part of this hotel is the location, it is very conveniently located in the center of the city, there is lulu right in front of the hotel with couple of other shopping places like levis, starbucks etc, easily accessible to come and go from railway station, taxi can be obtained any time of the day, there is veg restaurant in walkable distance "Shree Anandhaas" and the place very good dining options.

The rooms are very small compared to the price which is being charged, for our surprise the bathroom door didn't had a lock, I didn't report that since I was travelling as a family but it was a bit weird, and also the bathroom is very congested and the cleaning needs improvement as we could notice stains inside. Bed wasn't that comfortable for 2 adults and a child, may be for 2 people it could be fine, The whole place looks old and kind of worn out, staff is polite and good but still lacked some energy and grace is welcoming the guest, reception is in first floor and there was no one to collect or help with the luggage and the guest have to do it by themselves. I have been to Ibis with better services and Wouldn't recommend here for a long stay, for one night or a layover if you are in the city it will be a good option to stay here.

Billing. They debited twice from my credit card. Still not got the refund. Neither got the invoice copy. Waiting. I am calling them . They are not responding.

Clean rooms, decent amenities

Staff could be more helpful and comfortable in conversing in English. Check in process could be smoother and they could have provided early checkin and early check out

Interior design and placement of the sofa and table in the room. Hand Shower was leaking.

Good location with a big hypermarket and many branded shops in close vicinity.Easy to get transportation.

Front desk staff were slow in check in and check out

Breakfast was good

Bathroom is not maintained well. Not clean.
