Great location, clean, comfortable and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff

Neat and clean.

Facilities are bad, no hot water for premier room, and room size is not too huge for premier type. staffs are not experienced enough to answer or clear any doubts.

Breakfast was excellent. Staffs were ok

Rooms and bathroom seemed outdated. Didn't feel that is worth . I have stayed in much better rooms in 3 star hotels. Pool water seemed to have a bad smell.

We didn’t get a room after waiting there for more than half an hour. After being travelled for the whole day we were exhausted and kids were really tired. They made us wait for a long tim, but we left the place as the staffs were not able to make it through. It was the worst experience I had ever.

The reception staff, undertrained & not very knowledgeable. The checkin and checkout experience was not pleasant. The rooms could be cleaner, there are dirts trapped in creases and corners.

Rude Behavior from the Hotel Admin

Hotel admin denied to provide me a proper GST bill with my GST details, stating that I have to submit GST detail at Check In time itself. They informed that after Check In, they cannot update my GST details in system. Though I have mentioned it while booking through Booking.com, they ignored out saying i have to ask. How i know their procedure. Its their responsibility to ask as i have mentioned. Pathetic admin behavior stating Bill cant be canceled and cannot do anything. I have to take the loss. Won't recommend this Hotel because of Admin Behaviour.

Had no electricity in the room since early morning which could not be resolved and was I asked to change room which was highly inconvenient hence had to vacant sooner

They cancelled our booking without informing us and denied check-in

Without proper intimation they cancelled our booking and when we reached there they told they are overbooked. They did not provide the reason for cancellation. They informed us cancellation is from Booking.com site but when we contacted customer care, our booking was still active from booking.com. The receptionist did not respond properly when she received call from Booking.com customer service executive. They denied check in without an appropriate reason. After arguing for sometimes they agreed to move us to another hotel but that hotel was outside city (20km from city center) and there were no transportation from Holiday residency. They just wanted us out from their premises since some other guests were coming. We took a cab from railway station to Holiday Residency and later paid extra amount for cab again from here to another hotel (we ended up paying around 2k just for cabs since the other hotel was outside city).While booking, Holiday Residency confirmed our booking only after having credit card information in case of cancellation from customer side. But in our case they cancelled the booking from their end. So what is the penalty for that? When they can secure the booking by credit card they should also be liable in case of cancellation/denial of check in from their end.

Not clean enough

Not clean enough there was no tissues in the room as well as washroom, there was bad odor in the room as well as washroom and no amenities were provided.

It was not well organized. Not as clean as expected. It was like an average hotel but not anything worth paying so much.

Everything.... ample parking space, securities placed to help you navigate the parking lot. Spacious room, clean toilet, prompt room service and excellent breakfast with various options.

Swimming pool is small but good for kids though.

Service is poor Need to wait for a long time for any service request like Luggage pickup / drop etc.,Also need to wait long time for kitchen service.Tea is not served hot etc etc Bathroom towels are not properly cleaned

Initially we were offered a room with nor air conditioning but when we reported they changed it

The staff tried to move us to a different hotel without prior notice. It was quite frustrating and the last thing you want to deal with when travelling with a child. After a lot of discussion they finally agreed to give the room we booked.
