Breakfast was good

Did not like anything. The hotel seemed very unsafe. The first room had no way to lock from the inside. I asked to switch rooms and the other room they showed smelled of cigarette smoke. We are non smokers and had a headache and no sleep due to this. The facility was dark and dingy. Avoid at all cost

The down part was that I got the booking confirmed, but the payment was supposed to happen when I got there. I wrote to them that I will come by that time and pay then, but still the hotel was sold out by the time I got there and I had to start to search for a new place to stay.

I have not stayed. Advance amount collected from me and then the hotel cancelled my booking.

No value for money

No toiletries. Not even a soap or hand wash. Pillows and bed sheets dirty

Place is good. Breakfast is decently fine.

Location is not great. Otherwise, it is a good economic choice

Good central location and value for money.

Room service is a bit slow and often the receptionists are busy chatting in their phones rather than attending to customers.

The hotel is 10 years old. The towels were not clean. Very old. It is not clean enough. Waste of time and money staying there

Check-in and Check-out was easy and hassle free. Room was convenient. Food was good and reasonably economical. Morning buffet breakfast was good.

I came with my OLA e.v vehicle there I didn't find any charging portal, You should know our future is going to be electric please plan accordingly

Not a clean room. used bedspreads offered. The shower was not working. AC not working in the room. Even at midnight, we had to call reception to adjust the temperature and other controls. Very low class. I wonder how they manage the hotel with such a bitter taste. Booking.com should not prefer this for their partner. staff lie even for small things.

cleanliness is missing. And staff are NOT ready to accept it. Bed linen is not worthy of use. The main aspect is that we could not take a bath as the shower was not functioning. Despite informing the staff about this on the checking-in date, they did not rectify it till we checked out.

Location was good, near Cross Cut road and Gandhipuram. Staff was polite.

Actually I booked Fab Hotel Prime Royal Castle, but the property was changed twice, after the full advance was paid. I felt this was improper. There were three friends with me and I felt embarrassed, as I booked for them.
