Location is not comfortable to reach. Narrow streets

Hotel was clean and neat

I was over charged and they didn't allow me check in for the price i booked

They need change their room fresher at the frist place secandle laundry of bed covers

Bad furniture. Very bad bathroom fittings and lighting , dirty floor

Breakfast was good.

Room too dirty. Not worth the price. Toilet was disgusting. All the furniture in room was torn and dirty. Bed had stains

Where the Hotel is situated is probably the best thing about the property and its proximity to the airport.

There were quite a few matters that I found disappointing and hope Management will take this positively with a view to improve facilities.The bedsheets and towels were totally shabby with stains, discolouration, and just worn out.The room had a bad odour, including the bathroom.The couch provided with a small coffee table crowded the space and was also worn out.Breakfast I must say had a decent variety but pls understand that cleanliness and upkeep is equally important. The sighting of a small roach near the fruit station just made me want to rethink breakfast.The serving staff need to look.more presentable and like the worn out linens, their uniforms looked pretty worn out. Again I write the above with good intent that necessary improvements would be made and wish the hotel the very best !

The roof top bar staffs were very rude. 12 mid night is a closing time and sharp 11.55 he came with bill to pay when we were having dinner and sharp 12 he starting saying to leave as its his off time . We had to leave our dinner in middle and left .

Very lame staff, dirty unhygienic rooms & bad bed sheets & pillow covers. Bathroom latch broken. Room service you wont get unless you call 3-4 times. No one cares about customers. Bad service.

Proximity from the airport,good eateries in the surroundings

Cockroaches in the room and restaurant,,no help in luggage loading,not recommended for families as it is purely business hotel

Worst experience.

Damp, cigarette smelling rooms. Washroom are the worst. Extremely dirty & smells of urine. Access to lobby was the worst. No bell boys for luggage service. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Vacated the room in a hour.

Worst stay I had ever for a property that charged equivalent to Taj Vivanta.

Rooms are not well maintained, it was stinking with licker smell. Toilet seat, dustbin were very shabby. Power cut off frequently was disturbing and I had to reset the key for power. Water provided was locally filled bottled and not sealed.

Breakfast is very good. Location of hotel is near to airport. And dropping facility by hotel.

Size of room is small. Bathroom water is not draining properly.

Vry poor kitchen facility, it took more than an hour to deliver dinner then also 2 items were missing from the order

Breakfast & Chinese food

Toilet seat was not clean,toilet paper was not there in bathroom so we called 3-4 times at reception but they didn’t gave so “poor service”and food quality is low except Chinese cuisine.You cannot open window cause within 2 feet distance there is another building so you got no privacy..

Breakfast menu was same everyday, there is change in only 1 dish.. rest of the dishes were same. One disappointment was CCD coffee, milk was served instead of handmade Coffee, being in South India didn't expect this.

First is CCD Coffee for breakfast. Second is I had to give a call for room service 3-4 times but no one attended then had to call front office reception then it was taken care off.
