The location and maintenance of the hotel, restaurant and the staff was OK., except the size of room which is too small for the value charged...

Size of the room as compared to the tarrif paid for it. I have stayed in several hotels in that area, which in terms of quality of service and maintenance are equivalent to Ginger Coimbatore, but, their charges are much lesser......

The TV automatically switches off every 30 to 45 minutes, and a screen appears displaying the name "Arun" along with an OTP number—quite unusual.The safe locker was not working. A service person checked it and mentioned that the battery was weak. He assured he would return with a replacement in ten minutes, but even after three days, he never came back.A WiFi coupon code was provided with the information that it only works on phones, not on laptops. However, it actually works on laptops as well.

The location was great. Near Airport and just opposite a main hospital.

The rate shown in booking.com is not for a night stay! for those who blindly believe the rate in booking.com, you are in for a rude shock. I say rude because that's how the information will be handed over to you by the front office people. And then, when I ask for a overnight stay arrangement, they make a big fuss and act like government office agents trying to bend rules to make it an exception. So, the next time around, I checked carefully in the booking.com app, and it clearly says "for 1 night" . So you book again, and again you are in for a rude shock (as before!!!). Once again, you explain to them and say, convert it for a overnight stay, and what do you get - a overnight without breakfast! No one at the front desk cares to explain to you what is included in the tariff that you are paying! The room was very dusty and the commode was not cleaned well. I had to call the housekeeping to clean it within10min of my check in. Its a glorified "lodge" business in local terms.

During my stay there was good rain in the evening and what I found was that the ceiling was leaking, (third floor),

accessible neatfriendly staff. Ms Rupali was most helful

clearly overpriced. based on profile, city, location , facilities and all other considerations, will have better occupancy if priced more reasonably.

Rooms were neat. Food was high quality. Near shopping places and airport. Receptionist rupali was very caring and always helping tendency

The property is easily accessible and nested among popular restaurants. The rooms are completely insulated from honking which is good considering its close proximity to arterial road. The beds are comfortable

The room is a bit smaller and perfect for short stays. The hotel is fairly new but the construction fit and finish isn’t up to the mark. There are a lots spots especially in shower area which will worn out in long run if the hotel and needs regular maintenance.

Breakfat & Location were OK

Room was just OK...Not well maintained.Bathroom was atrocious. The bath water was flowing back and not draining out. There was a strange stink in the room/bathroom. For the price you are charging, providing extremely cheap room amenities.

Location was best! Next to Annapurna. Staff was very kind and helpful.
