- The staff was flexible and polite to deal with. We checked out and kept our luggage at reception for about 2 hrs and collected. Reception staff are polite and flexible to keep it.

Cons -
- They are under staffed or under prepared for handling a full capacity booking. Because of sports at nearby Gandhi park many of us booked there. They delayed giving rooms and also I saw some unpleasant situations like room not clean and reallotted rooms etc. some of the stuff were available only on request but they don't stock dental kit for each occupant. Restaurant breakfast preparation was too slow that too just for a serving plate of Idly took one hour.

Hotel Restaurant is opened between 7.30pm and 9pm, the only item available was Masala ootappam (execuse from hotep chief cook is on leave). Room has got All day Menu listing all items available from 7.30am to 1030pm. In actual, nothing available, no room service, cant contact reception due to telephone notworking. Do Not Book this Hotel if you are going there for leisure.
