staff can be polite - we have booked online with time -stay was for 2 hours only he made me wait for 30 minutes

The hotel has worn out and not properly maintained. It shows signs of overuse and no proper maintenance. Yet high cost.

The staff were good, the restaurant staff was very courteous.

The front office staff can be a bit more considerate on the guests. It will be good to be upfront and straight forward instead of providing standardised response. The room given to us was a single room which is not what we booked.

the rooms are small, and items are showing their age. great location and accessibility to Gandhipuram is the sole reason for my stay there. food is expensive, but there are good options nearby.

Not worth for money & not customer friendly hotel

Staffs are not at all friendly and they are very rude to Customers. They don't have enough double bed in that property & trying allocate Twin bed for all customers. Also it has resto bar & too much noise with the crowd. Not suitable for family stay.

Room tapestry like sofa , bed backside are very very dirty… appears that has not been washed for years…room furniture old and worn out.. bed felt very wet and uncomfortable…

Wash room needs immedite maintenance ! Shower is absolutely lousy - Looks has not been changed for decades Complete wash room need renovation on war footing

The staff are not very efficient. Need to follow up to get things done. Not very customer friendly!

During the online booking I booked a king size bed. But after check in I was provided a room with two small bed which is not comfortable. And i am totally unhappy. When i called the receptionist, he told me the room is allotted based on availability. The booking I made was a confirmed booking, how come he say that "the room is allotted based on availability''Unethical behavior of the hotel policy.

the property is at the city centre

the room was horribly noisy. the property is located right beside the bus stand and the room was so poorly insulated for sound, the whole night was with horrible bus honking. literally no sleep.

* Too much noise will 12 AM ( Hotel runs a Discotheque/ Bar) If you are staying on Wednesdays, Saturday's, Sunday's you will find it hard with the noise from the pub.

Food was very good so was room

Valet parking was not good, I was asked to go and collect the car myself while leaving. Unprofessional.There was no remote for TV

Location was very easy accessible and near railway station. Room was full of damp smell. Eventhough we reported and house keeping staff also helped but despite that the smell persisted and because of which my wife continuosly got sneezing whole day. After vacating hotel only she felt better. This is not complaint about staffs who helped us but overall some other mechanism to be followed during winter season to get rid of damp smell.

Everything goes well. The kettle in room no 303 was dirty and i have informed to the concerned team they helped me to sort it out by bringing another kettle, does the hospitality is good. While we checkout the cleaning was engaged in their stuffs but they jus stopped their work and asking for are you checking out that's good good to see they way they treat their guest good.

The receptionist don't know to speak English even when we call for any queries she don't understand what we speak it's becomes difficult in some cases better the phone call can be attended by some other person.Some channels are available in tv if you would have added that it would be great.I was booking for extra large bed but they provided the room with double bed it's too bad even they didn't inform it's not available and while we call and ask the receptionist her way of responding was not that good. Finally we got the answer as if there is any availability in evening they will let us know but no calls from their end in the evening they should have informed no rooms are available.
