Hotel president park Coimbatore

We booked Family size with 2 king size beds. It was spacious and was good for 1 night stay.

Bathroom was smelling on the opening of the tap water. Geyser broke down and we had no hot water the next day.They dont have pantry so you will have to depend on the outside food for lunch or dinner.Breakfast is limited choice - Dosa, idli, sambar , bread butter jam and cornflakes

Rooms looking like bathroom and there is no attach bathroom, only common bathroom

The location is very good with prime shopping area and good restarents nearby both Veg and Non veg. A famous hindu temple is very near. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are decent.

Car parking is more than 100 mtrs away in the opposite side of the road. Everytime you have to park in the road which has heavy traffick, then come to the hotel request someone to come and open the gate. Buffet breakfast consists Dosa, Omlette fruits and Coffee/Tea. Hot water is not coming in the morning

Courteous and prompt service by the staff. Proximity to market area Railway Station Bus stand etc.

The quality of Breakfast needs improvement. Very few options were available.

The staff were all good, but they didn't have the infrastructure to support them.

It was full of coakroaches, and A/c was not working properly. The bed was at least 20 years old, and the bed linen and pillow covers were filthy. There was no running hot water, so when we called reception, they provided us with a bucket of very tipid water. The room was very big with two sections, one section with the bed had a fan but one with sofa had no fan and it was very hot. Since the hotel is under construction, it was full of dust and construction noise, also the fan speed used to fluctuate constantly. Only one towel was provided. We paid 3190 for 24 hrs stay, which is an absolute waste of money.This same hotel has 3000 reviews on Google with a rating of 3.9, and its name is "Metro Park inn." There were a lot of bad reviews (they mentioned all the same problems i experienced) in recent months so I didn't book this hotel.They cheat you with a new name I.e Hotel President Park.

Location very good. Rooms very good.Staff helpful. Overall good experience.

Breakfast was reasonably good and staffs were cooperative.

Maintenance needs to be looked afer and rooms are good but should look into real need of the guests

The location is in the town centre, that makes it easy for shopping. Pothy's was just opposite and a bit further from this hotel, within walking distance.Restaurants are nearby.

Rooms were small. Bathroom even small.
