Vivanta Coimbatore

Amazing food at all of the restaurants. All of the staff were so nice and helpful. Beautiful pool.

Managers and chef are good ? but house keeping staff is delaying everything

House keeping staff andnot under stand our problem delaying everything at least 20 to 25 minutes late

Breakfast was brilliant with continental, English and Indian cuisine to choose from. Location was convenient and neighborhood felt safe. The staff were particularly accommodating and timely. Used the gym several times during the stay and it was great too.

spacious room, plenty of towels

only one bar of soap for both sink and shower. Would prefer bath gel in the shower.

We had booked 2 rooms and when we checked in, they upgraded us to Suite with adjoining room. The Suite was very big, spacious and comfortable. They had plenty of complimentary water bottles which very few hotels have. The suite had a HUGE closet! The bathroom had both shower and a tub. The hotel also had a really nice swimming pool! The hotel is located on race course, so one can walk around the race course track, location is close to airport (20 mins) and almost most of the places in the city. IMHO the location of the hotel gives it an edge over Residency. So take that into consideration.

The front desk took over 30 mins to check us in, and it wasnt like we were early for the check in. But they made that up for us by upgrading us. The room had lights break couple of times, so had to call service which they did very quickly. The breakfast was pretty mid, but the service was excellent. So although there were things that didnt go well in some cases, they made it up.

The Hotel is big and the location is good

The general cleaning and the furniture a bit old, the drinking water in the room not good

Staff were very polite and welcoming as well as helpful.

Toilets need attention, looking very old and not well-kept.

Breakfast was very good . Very good service. I requested for a softer pillow and was provided within 5 mins

Loved your staff very much....

The washroom was not at all up to expectation, looking old and not very well maintained.

Location, Ambience and helpful staffs. They took care of every request with a smile

Some rigidity with the third party booking modifications.

Great location, friendly staff. comfortable room.

Room is starting to look a little tired. Towels felt flimsy. Bathroom, especially the shower walls and glass doors need to be cleaner.

Breakfast, food, staff . In short we liked everything about the hotel

Not applicable

The room was good - spacious for the twin bed and washroom was clean. The location was ideal - close to everything.

The room was not cleaned everyday - you have to tell them , I understand linen was not changed unless asked as its towards sustainable goals but even then they would take more than an hour to deliver fresh towels. Breakfast buffet was not great at all - the spread was minimal and not the best. The scrambled eggs were watery. For dinner we ordered mutton biryani from Lattitude restaurant and the rice was good but the mutton was not fully cooked. Reception staff take so long for checkin and checkout and don't maybe know a lot of information - you have to literally spell things out for them to understand. The carpet in the hallways were stinky - as soon as you enter the floor, it smells.

Mr.Arun the manager was too good and his team also was very good.. First time experiencing a call after checkout from hotel to check whether I reached home safely.. great experience…

Very courteous and special mention to Ms Vahini who was very helpful in extending my stay. Thank you

I am not taken breakfast

Everything is old model except front desk, shower room some bad water small

Location and people.

Furniture needs to be upgraded

Good location ,service is good ,well maintained

Breakfast was good. There seemed to be only one restaurant. Food was good. Bed was very good, just the right firmness.

Nothing specific.

location is great. Everything else is bad.

Hotel needs total make over. Not to taj standard….cleanliness is a major issue. Need to train staff!!
