Hotel Gokulam Park - Coimbatore

okay. All veg items were good. Nonveg, Mutton was tasty

Some of Dinner buffet items were not in hot condition. Dry chicken was below avaerage.

Spacious room with clean bathroom. Lot of choice of food for breakfast. It was tasty also. Friendly staff. The hotel is located near to Coimbatore Kochi highway , which is an added advantage to those who are traveling to Kochi, Salem and Bangalore.

IT WAS REAL VALUE FOR OUR OBJECTIVE, THOUGH LITTLE PRICEY FOR THE SAME. WE WERE IN TRANSIT TO MADRAS FROM ERNAKULAM. THEY ORGANISED EARLY BREAKFAST FOR US AND PACKED SANDWICHES FOR US

SYSTEMS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. THEY SHOULD BE MORE PROACTIVE TO THE CLIENT'S NEEDS

location

Room requires update of decor, its outdated. Food buffer dinner is quite bad.

Could not avail as my flight was is early morning. But Hotel team arranged to pack stuff. Very nice gesture

Bathroom slipper was not there.

Did not stay at all. Was forcibly cancelled.

The issue was, they cancelled the booking in last minute. That is on 30th dec. While my booking date was on 31st.Hence, it brought so many issues since not many stays were available on that date.We then booked radisson blu. And we decided never ever to book gokulam park for any occasion

Spacious clean rooms , friendly staff

Breakfast

I stayed at the Gokulam Park Hotel in Coimbatore from November 12th to November 16th. While the hotel room allocated to me was clean, the water in the shower did not flow properly, and the customer service was very poor. I requested drinking water, but it was only delivered the next day after several reminders, and they provided just regular water. The customer service was very disappointing, and the staff did not know how to communicate politely with customers. The nightly rate for this hotel is quite high, comparable to a five-star hotel, but it is not worth the money they charge. Additionally, I have not yet received the receipt for the five nights I paid for. The hotel reception charged me for all five nights upon check-in, and when I asked for the receipt, they said it would be provided at checkout. I reminded them during checkout, and they replied that they would send the receipt via WhatsApp. I followed up on WhatsApp as well, but I still have not received a reply from the hotel after five days. I will not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone, as it is not worth the money

great house keepinggreat food

everything was very comfortable and peaceful.

Not much to like

Breakfast venue was not ready, lot of miscommunication between staff, very expensive compared to the facilities offered and services provided.

Staff and cleanliness

Food quality and variety N be improved

Bad staff bad people

Very bad hotel and staff…they are looking for money only …after checkout they charged for those complementary items which was present in the room at the time of check in …(tea bags, water, dry fruits)they didn’t mention that it is chargeable and when we chekout and come downstairs and our taxi is waiting and we were getting late for airport they were asking for extra money and the amount they were asking for was more then their actual cost mention on the packets… which is absolutely unreasonable and pathetic ..i must suggest to not to go there

Very clean room/ bathroom. The room is quite big and located near the NH; and the best for those looking for a night break on the way. Excellent place to take a good peaceful night's rest.

Rooms and toilet. New and fresh

There was a cockroach in my room

Excellent experience. Check was smooth. Corridors and rooms were spacious and comfortable-all amenities were provided. The foods in the restaurant and the included breakfast was very good. There was a wide spread and large variety. Most of all, ALL staff were warm, welcoming and had lovely smiles on their faces-this last bit was most important in setting the overall experience. Way to go team.

Some more vegetarian options in the in room dining would be nice.

This was a fantastic stay! I arrived in the evening after three long days of travel, and it was exactly the respite I needed. I ordered in-room dining from the wonderful restaurant and from the bar, and I thoroughly enjoyed both in the comfort of my pajamas. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, and breakfast was also among the best I’ve had while traveling. I chatted with Anjitha, one of the staff members, while I enjoyed breakfast, and she made me feel welcome. Highly recommended.

Being from the US, the facility really lived up to our expectations for nice 4-star hotel including the sumptuous buffet in the restaurant.

This might be nitpicking but internet was a little spotty.

Big room, quiet, very comfortable bed, nice shower

Facilities close at 22.30, too early

The rooms are quite spacious, clean. Location on Avinashi road is apt as the hotel is close to airport, NH and still within the reach of main city.

Nothing much to mention here.

The breakfast was decent and the room was large and clean with good toiletries and plenty of closet space.

The staff were not competent. We asked for a spoon over the phone 3 times and a housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking. We asked for a luggage cart as we were leaving 4 times and down in person at the reception and there were no staff to provide. The wifi was terrible.
