Bed sheets not satisfied

The staff were excellent..very understanding and cordial..They oversee what's needed for our comfortable stay and do things before we even ask.I was so touched by their act of service..Rare to see in today's world..Every one of them were like that.

Nothing I didn't like..I will return back to the same place over and over again..Also they serve amazing mouthwatering breakfast.

Spacious and clean room . Courteous staff. Neat and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good. Very near to Town Bus stand.

Nothing as such.

The room was spacious.

The shower did not work properly. There were no tissues or garbage can in the toilet. We ordered tea under room service and they served it without any spoon/stirrer or a napkin. The server asked me to sign the bill and did not even carry a pen with him. The television was non functional and when we tried to check for connections there was a coating of dust and dirt around it. The windows were covered with a pink plastic which gave the room a weird look during the day.

The room was good, clean. We had to ask for towels and the staff was not so friendly. The room what was booked was small and expensive. We had to change the room to a larger one for more space and had to pay extra for the room. Location is also Ok. Would recommend this accommodation if you on the way to your destination and need to rest at night.

The location.

Nothing was good. Cut short stay by a day as found the stay very suffocating.

The room size was a big dampner. Name sake TV on wall. Not at all clean.

Location

Centralized a/c completely not working, split a/c not working untill mechanic arrival and mainly it was booked for 2 days for early check in... So calculate the customer service.

Poor

The room had a very basic, I mean, very basic furniture and also poor furnishing. The room had also a very poor view from the window. The restaurant was also very very downgrade.

The location was close to the station and the airport. However, the problem with nearby was that cabs were expensive and charged more than the app showed. Hotel staff did not provide the best option either.

There was no work-table in the room; it was extremely inconvenient to do office work. The water glasses in the room were wet. The menu card was smeared with food. The coffee tray was full of dust. Ordered tea from room service options, and a cup of tea was provided in a 1 litre thermos along with a dirty cup. The bedsheet was dirty. The chairs in the room were covered with dirty linen. The room overall had a dirty appearance. The breakfast had limited options. Idly and dosas were good; sambhar chutney was not impressive.

Not much

1. Misleading media2. Not for families who can stretch a bit3. Horrible location for self driving guest4. Bad reservations experience. Constantly chased to pay advance which is not what your website advertised. Was worried if it was phishing.

Property is no clean as seen n the picture. Very old

Blanket, bed, pillows are very old

It is located in the middle of the town and is accessible to local businesses for shoppers.

The cleanliness is not at the level of a 3-star hotel. The lift was not accessible for most time of the stay.

Decent.

Mosquito Coil should have been provided.Blanket should have been provided.Toilet paper should have been provided.

The room was clean and tidy.

The AC was not working properly. The lift did not work and we had to walk up and down the 3rd floor.

Nothing. I will never book again here.

I chose 2 separate carts from preference in Booking.com. But they didn't give and no compensation was provided. The receptionist behaviour was offending that this was not his mistake and everything is Treebo's mistake. The worst ever stay I faced.

The stay was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay.

Place was neat, spacious and clean.

Room was not as shown in picture. You need to climb stairs to get to hotel and no help was provided by hotel staffs to carry the luggage from car to reception and back. So not easy to stay with big luggages

Cleanliness of room, facilities and size of the room

Very limited choice of breakfast

This is second time I was staying here within 30-days, for a 1-night transit. Breakfast - superb!! Very tasty roti, and dosa + chutney, plus semeo!! Simple, nice, yummy!Room - tidy and clean.Location - quite strategically located, 5-mins walking distance to Cross-Cut Road, for shopping textiles, restaurants, sweets, etc.

Disliked · None. This is second time I was staying here within 30 days. Perfect choice and great value for money.

The pictures shown are extremely deceptive. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.Only one towel was provided, even after asking for another one.Even toilet paper wasn't provided.Bathroom had no exhaust fan.Overall cleanliness wasn't up to the mark.
