Located relatively close to the railway station but neighbourhood is quite nasty

The location and neighbourhood, noisy, dirty since it is inside a busy vegetables, flowers and fish markets around the hotel. Reception and service is quite poor.

Absolutely no help on restaurant services not even some tea / coffee in the mng hours or night where u may not be able to travel outside. They have less staffs r helper boys for the same. Also, taking car through that street was horrible due to narrow roads and double side parked vehicles.

Very nice place with great amenities, spacious rooms with excellent customer service. Highly recommended and will stay again when we are in Coimbatore. It would be great if the staff were fluent in English and Tamil..

The room was compact and nice

The location is pretty hard for commuting.We booked a day before since we have to do an early check in . I called up and spoke to the lady. Once we arrived they charged an extra amount for an early check in and that was not completely fair.

Big and comfy room, everything was clean. The bathroom and shower worked well. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great hotel to stay at in Coimbatore. However, I faced some difficulty driving my car to the location due to narrow and congested roads. It's an ideal place to stay if you're traveling by taxi.

Though the property is good, the leady at the reception was not very welcoming.

We booked this hotel through Booking. com and stayed there. But next day we got a message that our booking was cancelled by the property owner!! How is that??

AC water is falling inside the room, hence, we were not able to use AC.

Could have been better. In fact the breakfast is purchased from our side restaurant. They don't have any restaurant.

2 guests staying, they keep only one water bottle. In fact inspite of repeated request they just avoided.

We are traveling around India and have come across many different hotels. I give all points. Excellent hotel . Very clean and comfortable room. Soft and very clean bed. Air conditioner. Nice and pleasant smell in the hotel. Service at the highest level. Cleaning every day. Overall we are delighted

Bed spread & Bed sheet not that much clean. We request to change the blankets once again due டு dirtyness over it.

We liked the hospitality and prompt response from the staff. Also they were flexible with check in and check out timings.

Good rooms and facilities are awesome.

The checkout time is very early. I checked in on 30th night at 9pm IST and Asked to Check out on 31st morning 10am IST. Which is not a good and not worth of what I paid. we were not even stayed 13 hrs in that room.
