Hotel Park Elanza Coimbatore

Good breakfast, but sometimes a lot of empty dishes. Helpful staff.

We had a cockroach in our room.Their nightclub plays loud music until midnight which can be heard in the rooms. Location by a highway in the outskirts of the city.

Ambience is excellent, staff hospitality and services are excellent, food is awesome , delicious and hygenic .Price affordable and reasonable,Checkin and check out excellent, location is excellent. Finally everything is excellent

I liked everything in this hotel, nothing to dislike

The hotel is truly an amazing place, which has a lot of amenities. I loved the service over there, and there were all facilities readily available there, such as room service, food, snacks to eat during recess etc. Bed was also very soft, and I loved the way in which the drinks are arranged in the room, making it an ideal place to party as well, when I come with friends.

Healthy items should be included in the food list. I feel that the food was too spicy for me. Please make minor changes to the food menu. Besides, you need to make the swimming pool, spa and other amenities available for the customers.

The hotel is in a prime location and shopping is just a km away. The breakfast spread was decent with good varieties and the food was good.

AC was not functioning properly. The linen given was not so good though it was clean enough. Hotel staff were courteous but receiving guests with a smile is something that you expect by default which was not the case. Overall a decent stay but you tend to expect more when you pay 5k + for a deluxe room.

The location is superb. You can actually walk to the area with all those gorgeous saree stores like Shreedevi silk, Pothys etc. Comfortable room, rooftop restaurant and a very good breakfast

Just stayed for one night. Nothing to dislike during my stay.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The buffet was awesome. There's many varieties of food.

The location is not too convenient. We need to travel far to get to the malls and places of attraction. The bed was too soft and not comfortable. The aircon was not too cold.

Location was brilliant.... Centrally located and well connected

The efficiency of the restaurant needs to be improved..... Very slow service

Reception and staff. Buffet was also very nice

Linen and minor problems about maintenance

Food was good.Staff in Temptasian restaurant were good

Pathetic suite, toiletries, not satisfied

Great location, good cleaning service, ok wifi.

Several things need improvement:- gym = basically only treadmill & dumbells. No yoga mat, no remote for AC. - bed = uncomfortable topper & pillows. Bed underneath the topper is much nicer so we got rid of it after first night - wifi = coupon expires at 12.00 on checkout date with no mercy. We were extending our stay and the wifi password expired in the middle of my business meeting

Easy accessibility . Room cleaner was excellent and floor manager was helpful,

Receptionist did not know Tamil and English was not so good

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Night club music was on until midnight and you can hear everything from the room. You cannot go to sleep before midnight! You can hear your neighbor watching tv from your room!! Very disturbing!Room lock is not good. You have to bang the door for it to lock! Same for other rooms. So you can hear people banging their doors each time they are in n out.Restaurant cleanliness is very poor! Cups and plates not cleaned properly.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful

It was in a very busy and noisy area. I can't imagine I would use the pool due to the noise and outlook. Sadly there were stains on the bedsheets.

The room was clean and tidy. The wash room was well organised. The staff were kind and generous.

The stay and food.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful . Special mention of Mr Dinesh , Sri Priya and Rajasmitha who were very pleasant and ever ready to help . Thank you so much .

NA

The male staff friendly

Noisy rooms Overly priced bar upstairs

The rooms are neat and clean, service is excellent, and the staff is cooperative. Their restaurants are also good. (Tempt Asian Buffet dinner) Buffet breakfast is also great ?

Extra charges for mattress, dinner buffet non-veg menu starters needs improvement, rest of items are good.

Location, clean

Mini Bar inventory method. We didn’t use any stuff, they claim we used one sprite. Small matter, negligible amount, but poor method of inventory control.

Very good design & ambience. All the staff members are very friendly - especially frontline staff Mr. Chandran.

The air condition control is fixed on the wall, would be better if it is a handheld remote control.Shower system is bit inconvenient as the overhead shower is too high & handheld is not adjustable.

Loation and Breakfast was good. All the fittings etc were also good.

But room was very cringy and congested. The Towels were not good. No napkin were supplied.
