There was no table for room service food.It is very difficult to consume the food.No tea service to room in early morning. The power plugs for electric was not working at its place.

Pictures in your website is exageration. It's a small room and almost hygienic.location is remote. Food is good. Did not meet my expectations

Exaggerated pictures in the booking website , especially the video of treebo..all misdirection

Friendly helpful staff, restaurant on site, large bedroom with 2 comfortable double beds and 2 clean bathrooms - great for larger groups as well as solo travellers

Bad

Worst experience ever had. A/C didn’t worked, haven’t provided remote for TV. No information about complimentary breakfast

Clean rooms, rooftop restaurant and bar

Small rooms

value for money give all facilities and clean room and washroom is also clean

Food was delicious except for the cocktails and the waiter Kelly.

The place was so amazing and interior of the hotels were also decorate beautifully. The breakfast was provided was so delicious and yummy. Really liked all the servicing

Beautiful destination perfect clean and comfortable with affordable price

Staff behaviour is quit good, room are good and cafeteria is also good based on Italian theme the only thing is the don't serve in buffet system

hotel is very nice and room is clean and beautiful and comfertable to stay and bed was also comfertable to sleep here and location is very nice easy to visit

this hotel meet my expectations and room is very clean and bed is very comertable to sleep and staff are very helpful and location is also good place

Bathroom cleanliness is poor.. no proper water flow in toilets.. too small room even for 2 person

Nothing much

Staffs were friendly

Tiny room.Tv and ac was not working properly no bathing kits available. Food was ok.

It's was the worst experience. The bed cover was unclean, staff did not assisted for the luggage and no intimation of the break fast time.Basic things like soap and room towel was not provided. We missed our clothes while leaving. When we called to check for the next day the reception informed that they have still not cleaned the room.We didn't receive our clothes back We got late by half an hour the hotel person called us and on a high tone said u have to pay one more day extra rent for getting delay Very horrible experience. I won't recommend to any one. Just a waste of money

Basic amenities. Room service and room cleaniness

i don’t know . it was v stressful. the cook their tried to help calm us down with the difficulty we had . breakfast was ok

many things from start to the last moment .. it took so many communications even to do little things .. nothing is done appropriately. It is Treebo and top management issue . not the junior staff

Few staff members were good and gave fair service. Room service was fine and quality of Tea- coffee was okay.

Rooms were tooo small. They charged us for early check in which was not menetioned while paying advance. I had mentioned the request for early check in during reservation itself..there were lot of mousquitos.

There is not even a single thing to like about property.

this property is like cheap oyo room but with high charges. Food facilities were not available at hotel and there were no good restaurants nearby. Rooms are very small compared to the price they are charging

I had a bad experience

Blankets and bed sheets were not changed and full of dirt..Staff needs to take care of itPrior to admit the customersI feel very bad on this
