Disappointing

No proper hotel name given.. The name varies... Rooms are with foul smell... Check out time different for different customers.

The room was large and spacious and was clean, the staff was quick, polite and helpfull. We travelled by our own SUV and there was space for 6-7 cars for parking inside hotel itself and it was covered parking. Rooms were clean and tidy.

It is a scam. You advertised free breakfast but nothing was provided by hotel. They even made me pay for extra water bottle.

Why do you advertise free breakfast when hotel dishonours your request. The same property is available at 1500 per day

Room comfort, size & property location

The behaviour of reception person was totally unprofessional and rude.

Stay was close to the Coimbatore railway station with comfortable sizable rooms and good customer service and Zomato and Swiggy sevice.

The hotel - Hotel Vinayak / Thendral Bar - despite being close to the railway station, is a bit difficult to access and doesn't have room service with an in house kitchen.

Very bad experience and never ever I would book ticket hotel through Railotel and won't recommend.

Railotel is first of all is not a hotel rather a service provider. I thought its is a hotel and reached coimbatore. I went to the location following the google map sent by their representative and reached infront of an old hotel which was sub-standard. I called them over phone and they told just go to the reception of that hotel. You must think, I, my wife and 4 year old kid is in the middle of the road at 10:00 clock night in a gully. I called and shouted and they send me to another nearby hotel which was also very normal one. I think i paid more for a sub-standard room. The room service was bad and asked to change the bedsheet twice because it was full of stains and stinking. I don't recommend railolet to anyone!!!

We ran around for 45 mins searching for a hotel which was 10 mins walk from the Coimbatore Railway station...
