I like the hospitality and cordial behaviour of the staff

The booked OYO Room was not provided at the listed price on OYO APP at the time of check-in .Due to this I had to pay Extra almost double the amount which was confirmed during prior booking.Since the facility is in a distant location from main city I had chosen it only because of its price..I had no other go but to pay extra .please coordinate with your partners to remove the hassles for customers.

Neat and clean

Staff asked for higher money than what I booked for on website. I had to pay 1064rs and I booked for 700rs.

Very worst.. they cancelled my booking after reaching the hotel . Asking for double the price.. very bad attitude of hotel staff. Too greedy

The location of this hotel is too far from the railway station ... it's better to pay extra and get a hotel closer to the station.But, the reception guy/manager was a cheat, and a liar, and didn't confirm the booking until I was forced to seek help from Oyo. He passed insulting remarks about me belonging to a different state, which is unacceptable!

Hotel staff denied the online booking

I have booked the room through booking.com and the payment option chose was spot payment. I got there at midnight and the staff said they don't have such booking. Frustrated.

Affordable hotel in centre of the city. Hotel is near big shopping centre and gold market.

I thought it was near by airport and booked without noticed reviews. But had worst experience. 1) when I reached there he didn't allowed my cab to near gate. So cab stopped ahead 100 meters and came back to check in. 2) there receptionist or owner we don't know but he don't have minimum common sense that how to receive customer. He feels like providing free accommodation.He speak rudely and demanded extra amount for my kid even though I reserved for 2 adults and 2 kids. But not asked while check out. 3) finally we got room keys. Room is big but mattress are very cheap quality, even labour's also use better than that. Used blankets just reversed. 4) there is no kitchen inside and they don't allow to zomato Or swiggy. We got get gown and picked parcels. 4) that fellow didn't provide drinking water also. When I asked his just showed place to take.

As per booking confirm amount 550 but reach at place and his employee demand amount of rs 900. Its not fair. Please black listed to the for our online platform.

Hotel is really worst, Not inline with Booking Website. Worst place to stay and my request is not to book this hotel when you travel in night. I was asked to pay extra more than the booking amount. Kindly remove this from Booking Website..

They said no room available after traveling for two hours. Then it was a mess. We had to fine a new room for the driver and this is a very bad place to stay. No hygiene and no trust.

Smells like a scam

When I reached the property the manager there asked me to pay Rs600 more than listed in the website. Eventually OYO cancelled this booking and booked me in some other lodge with cheaper price. I was reaching Coimbatore after a really long travel day. This episode extended my travel to another 1 and half hour. Don't know whom to blame. Payal residency, booking.com or OYO for this. I am grateful to OYO for doing the best they could to resolve it.

Room space was okke

The buy extra amount of Rs 500 , because it's full there at that time, because of our needs i pay more n take room, In your app one rate n when i reach there buying more, it's not fair
