No parking for bike need to park on road.rooms are not clean,Toilet seat was broken.No not water.No complimentary benifits..

Nothing, they didn’t allow me there

They cancelled my booking when I already arrived to the property at night. Justified it that I’m a foreigner, like if it’s not their responsibility to check the upcoming confirmed booking whether I’m a foreigner or not. They neglected their responsibilities as a business of hospitality and kicked me out to the streets at night to look for another last minute accommodation. Very irresponsible and disappointing.

Worst and very horrible

Its not actually like what is mentioned...very worst experience, entire atmosphere was so dirty not even the bedsheets are clean, it's was late night so i couldn't be able to switch, strongly not suggesting

It's logo read hospitality is our heritage Staff wants cash money for early arrival even if room is available very corrupt staff says shall make a deal at 50% if given cash

Hospitality which is totally missing un washed bed linen no tv, no towels, soaps, hot water, bath rooms worst than public toilet cockroaches were running all around have attached pics of toilet linen walls door lock holes... lift is not functional for almost a long long time. After payment only rooms shall be allowed to be seen said the front office person so our stay for 4 nights was cancelled and just lost one night payment and stayed for that night in another place. Total waste of money very unruly & threatening staff.

Location of property was good

The staff kept us waiting for checkin (35 mns) inspite of prior call about arrival time. Hospitality and courteousness may be he haven't heard of. I requested for towell and soap but I have been given towell only, not a big issue. But on sharing the list of facilities being offered got reply " nothing complimentary , you can complain if you want or get it from market."Pillow covers and bed sheet was with stain marks. Paint of room was ruined. No proper lights only a tubelight. Overall I was not expecting that from a Oyo hotel. .

Nothing without any choice

Pls don't spoiled your reputation with adding oyo hotels in your chain. I am of your customer from last 11 years and booked so many times but I have bad experience this time.As per your deal no prepayment needed but oyo people keep on called and send lot of emails and keep on disturbed by sending payment link.if next time I found oyo hotel I won't be book again through this.Thanks for understanding

There are many mosquito don't provide bedsheet and bathroom and bedsheet is not clean full of dust and room smells to bad

A begger or a homeless person will not prefer to stay here

The reception was pleasant but the rooms were so nasty and it was not for humans. The rooms were already occupied by variety of insects may be reptiles also exists in those rooms. Totally eyewash. A begger won't prefer to stay here.

One of the worst hotel. About 30 steps to reach the hotel lobby. No lift, no cleanliness, faulty fan. Very shabby and old matress and shabby linen. Full of Mosquitos. Ugly bathroom. No chair, no geyser in AC/Non AC. Rude behaviour of staff.

I like the room size and cleanliness of the toilet.

Mattress is very hard. So we couldn't sleep comfortably. Please inspect the Mattress and spring. I am requesting to replace the mattress. My room no was 213.

I thought the price was good. The services were disappointment. I had to walk up 51 steps with my luggages. No help. No lift. Linen was dirty. I had to shift my room twice because of dirty bed.

I had paid half the amount in advance, and informed the time of che k in, but I was not given any room, staying that OYO Hotel and booking was done by Booking. Com and it was not communicated to them.

No information and room was denied rwsulting inuchbhardship at that time kf night, even after getting confirmation on check in time.

They are thieves, I forget to take mobile charger from premises, after two hours of room vacate when I called them their response was there is no charger left by me, but they stole my charger, they are no trustworthy. Cheating people.
