The hotel is value for money. No frills traveller hotel. No restaurant.
The beverage in room was stingy. Not enough packets. Parking is tough. Even though watchman helps.
Complimentary South Indian breakfast was good and served on time.Had to check-out early and they agreed to hold our luggage and wait in the lounge.Unlimited wifi data with good speed.
1. No toiletry was provided. Had to ask a few times. One towel for 3 persons2. Multiple requests for additional mattress3. Had to call and ask for a WiFi password. (Should have been given at check-in)4. Not exactly value for money given the distance from the railway station.5 No restaurant at the hotel, so food has to be ordered or have to go out.6. TripAdvisor allowed "free cancellation" on this property.
Staff. They were very good and helpful.
Remote did not work. Batteries not replaced. Only Tamil channels. No other channels. Not even news channels.

Neighborhood was not clean. Narrow approach to the hotel. There was no water in the bathroom while bathing. Suddenly stopped.

Located in the main center but in by-lanes of the city. Hotel was clean and neat and also small. But did not meet the looks in the Photos it displayed in the web site. Though it was walking distance from the Bus stand / hence you will not feel like taking an auto BUT it is bit long to walk.
