Very clean and the food was great

Good location, for us; comfortable room and good breakfast.

No issues

Perfect location. Very nice and helpful staffs. Clean and comfortable room. Value for money.

Excellent and friendly staff. Great location. Very comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel in a good neighborhood close to all the markets and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are really nice. Staff are courteous. Breakfast spread was also nice, the staff at the restaurant where breakfast was served were really nice. I would recommend this hotel to business and family travellers.

Nothing as such

Beautiful, clean property in the perfect location. The room had a convenient layout with excellent in-room facilities. The courteous staff truly stood out, providing exceptional customer service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast & proximity to other destinations

Pls can be crowded in the evening when restaurant in 1st floor is busy

Very clean room and professional service.

The view was meh.

Brand new. Very comfortable. Very nice furnishings. Amazing breakfast

A confusion caused us to miss 1 breakfast.

Superb mattresses, big room, large bathroom, great breakfast

Loud doors, some rubber around the frames needed

We were provided with 2 beds(Single). On request the two beds were put together with a gap in the middle. No bed side table for one bed. Stay was uncomfortable due to the bed arrangement. Not worth for the money. I have stayed in the property earlier and I did not have any issues.

Bedding arrangement.

Clean room

Services are not that great for a 4 star hotel. They couldn’t even provide a wine cork opener at request. Gym facility is for name sake. Room services (food) is not 24 hours. It’s expensive for the available facility

Food, accommodation and location

Very clean , safe , good location , beautiful , great breakfast

Location, restaurants, hygiene, staff courtesy and effortless check in.Functional amenities and very professional maintenance 24/7.Very clean bed and bath linen.

All rooms open within into a closed courtyard, hence they do not have ventilation due to which the room (504) was stuffy and musty despite best efforts by staff to vent.Windows should be openable and with mosquito mesh which will alleviate this problem.

Right from the welcome to the see-off! Pleasant without being plastic. Service with genuine courtesy. No drama. Excellent body language. Superb food!

Nothing not to like.

A very clean, modern, comfortable hotel - probably the best I stayed in during our tour of Southern India. The room was luxurious, airy, and well lit. Tea/coffee facilities were provided. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely. The shower was powerful and in a proper cabinet so the water stayed in it. Bar staff were lovely. I will definitely stay here again if in Coimbatore.

The bar needed better lighting, it didn't have the nice airy feel of the rest of the hotel. Some 'ceremony of dropping plates' seemed to take place at night time in the atrium outside our rooms. It woke us up!

Location was fine but in a by lane which was bit narrow and crowded. Breakfast was fine but not great. Yet, it is a very good hotel with neat, clean and modern ambience

It could have been located in a fair more convenient place.

I have booked a room.I have got relatives ,they come to meet me because I am from chennai. But unfortunately I have been asked to have my meeting in lobby. How is this possible. The people are well off from cbe. It is disgrace to ask them to meet me in the lobby. I am old customer of 40 years to your hotel. You can check from your documents in the computer back up.sorry to say this.

Good locations, clean and decent breakfast.

Breakfast menu could be better.
