Nothing! Worst hotel ever

truly awful stay, focusing on specific failures like filthy rooms (bugs, dust, dirty beds), nonexistent or rude staff , broken amenities (AC, ), and poor value for money, often contrasting expectations (4-star rating) with reality (nightmare experience) to highlight discrepancies, making it a cautionary tale for future travelers !

the Pillow is too thick. Not suitable for people who are used to thin pillows. When asked the housekeeping they said they do not have anyother type of pillow.

Wonderful hospitality, clean and great foodSituated close to the airport, we stayed two nights at Le Meridien and had a wonderful experience: the room was clean and spacious; breakfast, lunch and dinner offer a wide variety of different and tasty dishes. The swimming pool was big, clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular we like to mention the support we received from Anandhi: much appreciated!

Breakfast spread was brilliant and food was perfect.

Room was damp ... carpet was wet and thus the room had a dampness stench.

there is always a room for betterment # for example, someone should be available as a connect between the guests and the facilities available - in other words a designated person who can call up asking "whether everything is fine with guest inside the property or any assistance needed etc.,"

Everything was good except for couple of items like foot stool at the bath tub which was missing, though its mentioned that it is available. Checked with service team and they mentioned that it is not available. This might be an issue when you have small kids.

Excellent property, clean and neat. In room amenities were really good. The room was spacious. Location is prime. Food was excellent too. Room services were lil slow and not on par with the rest of the luxury offerings. Overall it’s a 8.5/10.

The services from staff could have been a little better. Had to do multiple calls and follow-ups for some basic room services. I was later said that they were occupied due to some ongoing event. It’s understandable, but not acceptable to their standards.

Impressive five star hotel with a choice of restaurants including Italian which served good meals. Good breakfast selection. Large spacious rooms.

Very poor service. On first day requested that someone come and fix the non-working toilet button. They arranged the time and never came. On departure day the safe failed to open and was faulty. Made 2 requests for someone to come and open it, but no one turned up. Only by standing at reception did I get service. Then a total of 5 people came to unlock the safe but struggled with how to do it.When checking out at reception I was asked if all was okay. When I replied that I had some concerns with service no one asked to know what those concerns were and continued with the checkout process.The toilets in the swimming pool area were disgusting and not receiving regular attention.In short the hotel has impressive facilities, but for so many things to go wrong there must be a problem with Management.

The breakfast at the Meredian is absolutely amazing. the staff is helpful and the spread is fabulous.The entire staff from the doorman to the reception and people at the restarants are very helpful and friendly

It has 4 restaurants so that giving customer various selection. It was very nice in that point. Furthermore, the kindness of all staff members was good as well.

In the room, there looks some sticky trace on the surface of door. That feel like improperly cleaning. And smell some mold from centrallised air conditioning system. It needs to be regularly cleaned inside.

The food in the Latest Recipe was excellent with a huge variety of cuisines. The staff were attentive and this was one of the best parts of our two day stay.

Poor maintenance is an issue. Our room had a broken door security catch, a metal trim piece not fixed to the desk top and left in a dangerous condition and number of misaligned doors. All issues which are so easily fixable. The swimming pool was amazing but the staffing for issue of towels and lifeguard duty were non existent.

Breakfast fare was fine. Staff were very helpful and catered to our needs. Location is very good for someone who doesn't want to enter the city and live on the outskirts and get back.

Service was slow from the Housekeeping staff and the engineering staff.

Comfort and cleanliness

I didn’t like the efficiency of the staff. They billed wrong.. and our room wasn’t ready. Finally.. after paying and checking out, they call me after a week for details of the billing. And our stay was a month ago, and they haven’t deposited my bonvoy points yet.

Even after payment in morning, still they couldn't confirm the payment and was delaying the room delivery, I don't how a system couldn't even recognize the payment done

Spacious, Clean, basic facilities expected for the price were met. Awesome breakfast.

Experience was not that great due to maintenance work ropes tied right in front of room. Lobby lighting absent during day. Carpet color choices make the place looks run down.

The male waiter at Peacock was friendly. Ponzo restaurant was nice. Spa was okay.

The room was not clean and towels were stained. The staff in the lobby were not friendly. The travel arrangement with the drivers were not good.

Courteous staff, attended to.all.our requirements, especially Mr Suman who served us within no time during our Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner. He is definitely an asset to Le Meridien.
