Location is close to railway station

The toilet basin and platform had an unclean surface with oil on it. The staff refused to give an invoice at first but gave it after a lot of convincing. They were sarcastic as well

It was a great stay . Staffs are really very helpful . Rooms wer clean and tidy. Overall a good place for a family to stay.

In my booking details breakfast was included init. But the staffs at the hotel informed me that online bookings are not valid for breakfast. I spoke to the customer service but it don't help much. Anyways please rectify this problem henceforth

Disappointing

unclean bedsheets blood stains molded bathroom

I booked the property included with breakfast and paid additional 200 at the time of booking, and after check out they paid 269 for the breakfast, is totally disappointing

Spacious rooms, good food

Not very clean..may be for the money paid thst is what one gets.., AC did.not work in one of the rooms, water provided was dirty, There was some issue in the water sump/store(this is the water mostly used bathroom,washing)...someone jumped jn with cloth to repair..with full water in it.

Proximity to coimbatore junction.Reception staff was very courteous.This is my 4th visit to the hotel.

The house keeping staff changed the soiled bed linen only after insisting.

booking was done for deluxe room, but the room was not great , Breakfast what they provided in room was stale not at all fresh
