Treebo Hi Line Apartments Kalapatti

The stay was very pleasant, the staff treated us with utmost hospitality and have assisted us completely during our stay. Definitely would recommend this property for long vacations to travelers. The rooms are tidy and the amenities provided are up to the mark. The complimentary breakfast was very delicious and the property maintenance is very neat and clean and hygienic and the stay are very cordial, sincere and honest in their behavior with the customers.

There is no direct number to call the facility. The number given is never answered by human. We booked for 3 adults but the bed given only was for two. Staffs were totally not responding for any questions asked

Cheating and worst behaviour by receptionist.

Apparently they had an ad shooting going on the building, so they made all the rooms unavailable except for one room on the ground floor which I booked. The receptionist guy without informing this beforehand, made me to check in. Only when I myself asked ,he told me about the situation. I couldn't even stay inside the room for five minutes . There were people crowded in the building, outside the room talking and making noises. So, I immediately checked out. The receptionist guy did not even bothered about refund, as "the amount once paid is non- refundable" which iam already aware of, didn't even allow me to go away freely .He forcefully stopped me and tried to manipulate me staying there. The guy asked me what's your problem, there will be no disturbance inside the room, only outside the room. Seriously..??, First thing, if you blocked the whole place for shooting, then why the hell did you make only one room available, that too on the ground floor where all the activity is going on.? This shows your cheap and money minded mentality. Secondly, don't hire such insensitive jerks as receptionists to handle people. Never faced such a terrible situation in any kind of hotels or stays in my entire life. I paid money to face this non-sense !!.

Location is good. Staffs are very nice.

They said breakfast will be provided but they brought food from outside. No varieties only idli sambar or dosa sambar.

The staffs were really nice and helpful

It is not placed on the main road, an interior place with no shops nearby. The hotel also does not provide anything. Tea/Coffee will be provided only once a day that too with the breakfast. Breakfast was very bad. No options. They mention a time for breakfast and when we go at that time what we see is that the breakfast items which are very average is also empty or over.

The room was decent and the staff members were helpful.

Mattress could have been better

All are good. It's worth the stay except for problems with water drain outlets in the bathroom.They have to do MAJOR plumbing work and ensure water is drained when guests shower.

The service was top-notch, and the staff, especially in the food section, was remarkably supportive. The breakfast prepared by the staff was not only delicious but also a highlight of my stay. The property itself is excellent, offering convenient access to various activities. The rooms are of high quality, complemented by exceptional service. The entire staff at this property deserves praise.

My stay at the Treebo hotel was truly exceptional. This hotel boasts an ideal location, strategically positioned near both the airport and the city center. The accommodation exceeded my expectations – the room was spotless, roomy, and furnished with all the contemporary conveniences one might desire, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a cozy bed. The bathroom was equally well-kept and supplied with all essential amenities.

Treebo reception has lied saying we didnt check in to our 2 rooms but we did arrive, they didn't have rooms available and so early in the morning we had to go online and find somewhere else. He told me he would issue a refund but lied and did not refund but said we didnt check in at all.Ive contacted them in every possible way for many days but wont return any messages.

Do as you said and refund me the deposit instead of lying to say that we didnt check in and keep my money.

Very helpful staff; spacious and clean rooms, It is in a quiet area off the main roads which is nice as well.

Some of the outlets in my room didn't work. The Wifi was very spotty as well.

Didn't like it due to less choices. Only Idli and Pongal available. Coffee or Tea not served during breakfast.

Price was little costly and room was provided at terrace for single person .
