Hotel O Okkilipalayam

Absolute worst experience

I had booked a room via the app 2 days prior and the booking was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel the staff told that all rooms were full and that I can go find some other place to stay nearby. If they didn't have any rooms, they shouldn't have confirmed the booking or atleast should have called to inform about the lack of rooms a day earlier. I was visiting to attend the Neet pg examination and this irresponsible behaviour caused me a good deal of distress. I hope the staff and the app management take necessary steps do that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Disappointed

Stay looks completely different from what is shown in the photos. We were lost searching for this hotel, nobody in the locality knew the place. Apparently it has a different name and a different building completely different from the photos and description.

Nothing to like about the property. Easily the worst maintained property. And I didn’t even stay there for a night.

Best part is the receptionist very casually said overbooking happens very often. Lots of people come and go. Please talk to oyo. Please don’t choose this shitty place.

I didn't stay here

The person is there he is saying booking through reservation not accepted You have to pay double
