Old Timey Style Hotel that reminds you of the pleasant olden times. Large rooms. Large lobby. Extremely spacious bathrooms. Rooms decorated with old timey furniture and even classic books in the drawer.

All good.

Old toilet and looks dirty due to its color Internet not working properly No bottled water provided, they provide their dispenser water in old drinking water bottles

They have not reserved my room for single occupancy and allotted double bed AC room with almost double price quote and not listening my argument for the same, I was busy in a medical conference and they ask for immediate action, room was also not upto the mark , highly arrogant reception staff and the room service .I have paid 4968/- which is higher then booking.com price(2000/-)

Staff behaviour and property itself not good

Property location is very good. Room was big and spacious.

There was no kettle in the room. Maintenance of room to be improved. The walls of room 502 was damaged below the window. Windows rattle when there is a breeze.

Excellent location.No drinking mineral water in room and charge extra. No facility for making early morning coffee or tea in the room.

Better room furnishing and furniture all old.

Non AC room is too hot, humid and stuffy. Fan is loud, but must be used. Bed isn't the most comfortable.

Safest place for family stay. Environment settings is good. Easy accessible.

Toilet clean is not adequate. Lift is not sufficient for the entire complex.

It has an old world charm and spacious alleyways with rooms..Large rooms with clean walls and linen…very large restrooms too..couldn’t ask for more in the heart of the city..my second stay in 10 yrs here

Actually its a lodge and not a hotel. pretty old and severely lacks basic deco, amenities.(toilets are below standards and is very old ) you have to step out for food .beverages(coffee,tea) brought from outside if ordered.Rusted light fitting and manual gadgets like door keys. comfort for guests are missing factors. Even toiletries are not provided . Not a great experience to cherish ,

Location is fine. approach from hotel to entire city is comfortable. Suggested for renovation of indoor wood works and main door with digital lock. renovation of floor tiles by replacing the mosaic to tiles.

nothing is disliked. every thing is satisfactory during the stay. except check out at 12.00 Noon. cation is Since generally guests will arrive in the late evening to late night only and general check out will be in the evening or morning. hence check out should be modified for 24 hrs is essentially necessary for comfortable check in and check out.

the staffs were very rude.. they yelled at me for booking a two bed room instead of ordering one bed (me and my brother were going to stay but then my brother had unexpected business

Only bathroom and toilet is fine.

Cleanliness is not upto the standards. Network was not available for a day. We could see some bed bugs and reported to replace bed covers. Door locks are not upto a standard for safety reasons. Drinking water is not included in the package. Fan is set to run on single speed.

Very clean and smelling nice everywhere, wonderful energy, friendly and helpful staff. There is a gorgeous Lakshmi shrine at the reception which emanates a powerful energy - it feels like consecrated space, I loved it.

The neon light in the room - it made the ambiance a bit cold and impersonal.
