Their restaurant had decent food. The rooms were a decent size.

The hotel has a lot of potential but the rooms were in a terrible need of maintenance. I booked two 'presidential' suites ... They were anything but. One room had a sliding door that was detached and basically propped up on the side. The other room had curtains that were torn. The dust in the rooms was abominable The floors were wiped but the bedspreads and furniture triggered my allergies due to how dusty they were. The day of checking in the toilets when flushed spewed brackish muddy water. Same thing with the taps, I resorted to ordering bottled water since for sure I wasn't going to wash my hands with the gunk laden water coming from their taps. When I asked about the water situation I was told that it was because they had run their water pump which stirred up the sediment!!! That it would be okay in a few hours and that they had 'triple' filtration. I'm sorry, if muddy water is still coming from your taps your filtration is broken. The other issue is in one of the rooms whenever the power went out and cycled between the mains and their generator the room lost power. We called the electrician who introduced us to the ritual of removing the key card from the room slot, then opening the door, then reinserting the key card. Given that particular night the power cycled at least 15-18 times, my family in the room were unable to sleep a wink.
