Location and the property are superb. Very well maintained and staff are welcoming and well mannered.

1- The breakfast was okeyish taste was good but spread is limited to 2-3 items (No fruit or museli or corn flakes)2- Non phone provided in the room had to go to reception every time you want anything.3-There is only one boy to help around to all the guest which seemed to be very hectic for him poor lad was running here and there 4- they lock the gate at night so if you plan to go out for dinner you will have to call the owner and he will send someone will open (rather they should keep a guard at gate)5- Owner told us his card swipe machine is not working so probably you will have to keep certain amount handy to pay at the property if you are planning to pay by CC as they might not accept it at last moment. Only Gpay was accepted.

Right on a fantastic beach, in a serene, beautiful little compound…relaxing and rejuvenating! And the food! Fresh and delicious. The staff went out of their way to help with whatever I wanted to do…booking a train, arranging a rickshaw, even dropping me off at a great restaurant for dinner on the way home (Rada Krishna, the manager, who really makes you feel like a King!) Dhanesh always was there to give water, helping with any issue, and provided 5 star service with a smile! The wonderful cook also helped arrange my laundry, which I desperately needed. I even met the very nice owner, who saved me by booking my train, and her gracious mother.And lastly, sunset over the Arabian Sea from my balcony…stunning!

I wished to stay longer, but they were booked.

Food was excellent. The manager was caring. The staff were sincere. Insect mesh was installed for each window, and hence windows can be kept open. Many hotels do not have this feature.

Wifi could be faster.

Was quite a distance out of kannur centre so good that it was quiet but if u don't have transport its not easy as auto rickshaw hard to find. Beautiful beach but no sun shades or trees so not easy if u fair skinned like me. Lovely pool at hotel which we had sole use of most of time. Breakfasts very good too. Dhanesh was very helpful and the main person working doing everything. Reception man a bit hit n miss and didn't understand English very well or misunderstood our requests. However, this is India n we on the whole love everything.

A little too far out of town

Best break ever!Got to relax and chill at this beautiful resort bang opposite the beach. My friend suggested this place. It was really a welcome break for me from my super hectic work. The Ayurvedic spa is something that helped me relax more. The staff is very polite and takes care of every small requirements. A must visit place. Its the closest beach from Bangalore. Beach is not crowded. The quiet clean resort with clean rooms are an add on.

Nothing as such

The place is situated opposite to the beach. It offers a serene view of nature, the soothing sound of the waves can be heard from the room. The stay also has a pool and a spacious premise to roam around. The stay also offers an scrumptious complimentary breakfast. The staff and the owner has been so kind and generous throughout our stay.

Pictures and description totally misleading.Filthy room and even more filthy bathroom.Dangerous bathroom, slippery, and plenty electrical hazards - got twice an electric shock.Extremely poor conditions everywhere.Nothing works in the room, ac, hot water, lights.We paid almost rs 8,000 for such a filthy, ugly, old and dangerous room!

What I liked about the resort -1. Great location. Property is located right next to the beach and the place is calm and quite for the most part.2. Great Kerala style breakfast.3. Clean swimming pool.4. Friendly and courteous staff.

What could have been better -1. The door closing mechanism fitted on the main door was slamming the door at full force and my 4 year old daughter's finger was caught in between and we had to rush her to the hospital for medical assistance.2. There is no much facilities for the price we paid, except for a pool and complementary breakfast.3. A/C was under powered for the room that size.4. Lunch and dinner have to be planned and communicated in advance, which is not exactly a bad thing but take getting used to it and is a bit pricy.

Location

Manager behaviour. His Disturbing Lot he irritated lot during our stay. Saw most of the guest are arguing with him. For everyone he is doing same. Evening they gave it for birthday party and they guests are occupied most places and loud noise. It’s totally waste of money. I will avoid this.

Staff was polite. Special mention to Adarsh, he was polite and treated us well. Beach is right opposite to the resort which was a good thing

1. Breakfast options are limited and average taste. Even the dosa and puries are prepared before and served cold. In spite of telling to prepare hot appams the second day, we were served cold ones again. Note, we were the only guests in the resort.2. They have not recharged for TV as well. 3. There is only one contact number and we have to call the number couple of times before we get the water bottles filled on the first day, second day was better. 4. Pool is not clean and found dirt on the ground. 5. Hot water is available only on request. It is not available throughout the day or night. 6. You will need to pre-book your dinner maximum by 7:30 p.m. Else, it will not be considered. Hence we chose to go out for dinner 7. The hotel did not accept card payment and the only option was to pay through UPI which we were not comfortable with. They gave some technical issue as a reason for not having a card reader. Overall, 17K for two days is not worth for this resort.

The property was well maintained, clean and neat. And the location is the utmost talking point, beautiful view from balcony. The only drawback is with food prices being expensive. However, swiggy and Zomato are available.

The room was very large, very clean with beautiful beach view. Ayurvedic Spa and Swimming Pool are also available at the resort.The Owner, staff and management were so nice and lovely and mindful of my every need.Complimentary breakfast and the food offered at the restaurant was delicious, with variety of options!Great beachfront location with easy access to beaches and restaurants.Will definitely be back!

The resort's location is right at the beach. The staff is courteous. It's a well maintained, clean resort. Decent breakfast.

Even after booking a room for three adults through booking. com (which means we are already paying extra for a third person), we got an email mentioning that there will be an extra charge for a bed. After confirming through a call and while checking in if there will be an extra charge, we were told that there won't be. But when we got to check out, the bill had an extra 1k plus GST for the extra bed. They said that there was some mistake and hence the extra charge. We had to ask them to let us talk to their manager and when we explained that you can't charge us extra after denying it earlier, the charges were waived off. The person at the reception then kept telling us that this amount will come from his salary and he is sacrificing for us.

Time restrictions for food availability.

A beach resort located at the sea side. Rooms are spacious and nicely arranged. The place is well kept and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast had a decent spread, looks like they procure the food from some restaurant nearby, taste and presentation was passable. Excellent location, rooms overlooking the sea, across the road from the beach.

Booked a suite, the airconditioning was pathetic. we were three adults, upon complaining, they shifted us to a deluxe room which had a functional AC but not adequate in that heat.

The location is good with an excellent beach right across the road. Danesh does as well as he can - but he is only one man, trying to do everything. The room is very spacious, and the bed excellent.

Find other food options. When breakfast is stated served from 8.00 (online) and 8.15 (on the sign in the hotel), you actually expect the restaurant to be open before 8.30. I had one dinner here, and would not recommend it. My check was not correct, they attempted to double charge me for the food, and the room/tax was also a little bit off.
