I came in to the hotel on Sunday by 3.30pm was kept at the waiting room for over 45 mins before someone came to showed me the available rooms.The hot water stopped pumping out, I called the reception several times and have to wait for 1hr,15mins before I was attended to and I was late to my appointment.

The location is in a very good and quiet area. The staff was pleasant, especially a guy called Ernest.
They served bread that was not fresh. The walkways had a bad odour. I had to swap rooms due to an obnoxious odour and cracked walls. Their wi-fi was hardly available. Their contact phone number was never answered. The air conditioning was not functional and I left with heat rash. There was power outage for extended periods. The y never reverted on my enquiry of the swimming pool.
Every other thing was fine.
The hot water did not get to my room, the staff had to bring hot water for me in a bucket.The fish was undercooked, they had to take it back to cook properly.
