Staff were helpful, and they provided a safe, secure parking area

About room ac was not working and restaurant menu is very expensive, front office executive was very slow in billing which made us later to return back

It’s a worn out and rundown hotel looks renamed recently. Staffs are very rude and had to come down to lobby 4 times with room key issued and still not clean when opened the door . Doesn’t even say sorry for courtesy and NOT recommend this .

Food and taste

The Room was excellent. Very spacious & had a nostalgic feeling. Staffs were very courteous & helpful. Restaurants had all types of food. Value for money

Room service guys vs not respond for water bottle orde they not give...Morning resturant guys ask charges for masala omlet..after I tell him to I compiled property ..then only they give omlet..very unresponsive resturant management..

Clean rooms and bathroom.

Very noisy location....street noise,noise from vehicles, trains,noise from the room next to ours through the connecting door(uggh) and even the air-conditioner which kept rattling. All this after we had shared that we are senior citizens and need a quiet room.

The breakfast was slightly below expectation. the idlis and Omelette were good, but there was not much variety.

Couldn’t pay by international credit card. Made it a hassle to pay, had to search for an ATM that worked. First room smelled like cigarettes and had hair all over the bed. The staff accommodated us by switching rooms.

Breakfast was ok. Not a huge range of fruit but adequate. The staff were very friendly and supportive. We had 2 rooms and one was clean and better than the other

The second room was ok but the net curtains had rips in and it was dirty around the window area. The window did not have a handle or latch. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The standby on the tv would not turn off unless you turned all the power off in the room, which meant you could not charge phones. It just needs some TLC and a good clean

I leave before evening 5 pm not given any discount from hotel thats all taken full amount, complientary breakfast also not taken thatwise i ask give complimentary snacks today evening they not oblige thats will improve and our suggestion

The bedroom is nicely furnished.

Bathroom was too small....glass partition was pushed into..improper shower.Found a hair in chutney! Service during breakfast was very slow. Management seems to have kept very few helpers who would run around in the restaurant, rooms, parking!

the location was good with choices in the breakfast. The staff were courteous. Overall a good experience.

The lifts could have been better.

The hotel does not take Visa cards (not advertised). it also added a significant number of dubious expenses to our final account.
