It was very nice and clean. The receptionists were courteous.

The hotel is not at all clean, they did not give soap basic products.the curtains were not clean the bedsheet was torn

This property is a total scam. We checked in to the property on April 29,2023 11:55AM, provided Aadhar Card(Indian Id card),they took photo and allocated room 205. On April 30,2023 afternoon I got a message from the property mentioning that my booking is cancelled due to no show,when I was actually physically available in the property.I have video recording as proof to confirm all below points.1. Super small room,2 of us couldn’t stand at the same time due to the room sizeI prebooked Triple Delux room of 169 sq. ft size but the room given is less than 100sq. ftWhile enquiring,the owner said they dont have any room category,whoever comes first gets the good rooms2. Torn bedsheet3. Horribly dirty curtains4. Smelly and unhygienic bathroom5. Only one small light,no other option of light/ventilation6. Pillowcover with blood stains7. Torn floormat8. 1 non working charging point out of the 2 available options9. No restaurant in property10. No option to add breakfast even though it was mentioned to pay extra 75/person for breakfast they said they will give coupons and have to walk to another restaurant11. Careless attitude of the owner,while complaining he said talk to Booking site,whatever has happened has already happened nothing can be done.Room no: 205

Room cleaning was not as expected. There was lizard, cockroaches all around the room. Asked for a spray of HIT, I have to enquired for the same 4 times.

Very bad the owner and staff are very rude they talk rubbish if u book through online and the price will be 600 and if u visit there and ask they tell 1000 very bad if u select there

When we booked through Booking.com as I'm a regular and loyal customer of this portal so after booking when we reached the property they declined to take check in and also they had asked for extra money of the booking amount so this is not their way it works.
