Treebo Punarnava is a great hotel for families. The location is very convenient and close to all major places. Mr. Likith was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and we really appreciated his support. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the excellent service

everyting is good

Rooms are spacious and provided additional mattress

No enough staff to manage. No security guard to help in parking. Don't have proper parking space, used others vacated land. Need to wait till the land is vacated or wait till entry to that land is free. 5k per night is not worth for this type of hotel. Breakfast is horrible.

The staff were polite. They went out of their way to help us out with parking. They served good food in the restaurant. The location is 5 mins from the centre but free from noise pollution.

Room was clean

Exhaust fan was not working in toilet.requested owner to change the room, even though there were few rooms empty, he didn't accepted..washroom is so small that there is no question of standing and bathing inside of it

Standard rooms with limited room service and daily cleaning On the side of By Pass Road so finding the property and reaching was easy.Good veg foods through the restaurant downstairs

No parking for cars - had to park my car on the road, no designated spaces and always a crunch of spaceLimited persons managed the property so finding someone would always be through a personal phone call Food was good but only 2 options in breakfast both days and no non-veg.

There is no parking and accommodation for drivers. But we've booked for that facilitates including. The behaviour of the owner of the hotel is very worst. We stayed there recently here. The staffs are some what better. No one is at reception. we've waited there for more than one hour to check in. Bathroom is not so clean and the lock is also not working. Totally we've faced a bad experience with this hotel. Guiys! If u go to Chikmagalur, pls try some other better hotel.

The behaviour of owner.

The room was very clean. comfy bed and the staff were very friendly.

Bathroom was too small.

Room size. But nothing were matched with my expectations, even reception of a guest is very poor.

Cleanliness.Facilities. Air Conditioner is not working property. Room was flooded with ?waters leaked from air conditioning machine. In the room only one fan was provided against two beds having arrangements for 4 boarders.

Food was amazing

Dirty laundry, tidy mat, small bed for 3 people, Bath towel not provided. Breakfast was not that good limited items compared to other treebo properties.

Location

Cleanliness, staff awareness, no information on breakfast

Outside of hotel you get tea corner which is good.

Noisy and room bedspread and pillow were not replaced. When I asked for they changed.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

A brand new building. a good place sleep and rest or get adventurous. Worth the short drive out of town. Good food, good, staff and hot water. and very clean. l am here in the off season, I have the whole place to my self, l think it could get a bit noisy in holyday times

Location was good. Staff was approachable and they managed to take care of our requests quickly. Most of the times in the evenings the reception was not occupied.

the bathrooms were really small, the toiletries seemed pretty old. Had to request for towels and water bottles but those were given after asking. There werent' any breakfast options although there are good restaurants close by. Parking was a mess, half the times the access to the road was blocked by vehicles. It looked like some temporary arrangement.

Not good

Bfst was from nearby hotel, had to walk and the restaurant was not clean ..food was bad

Super clean, large rooms, instant service- all was great. Superb for the price.

Room and bathroom both were maintained well. Good location too...

pillow cover was stinking. all other facilities are ok.
