Except room size so small rest everything is really really good. greta staff. Swimming pool perosn Niranjan was really really good. He is the best.We will surely come back and stay in fture.We love Ratan tata and we miss him.

Breakfast is great and great varities. the flutist was excellent and great skills the musician has. Congrats to him personally.cleaniness is slightly declining. still i prefer Taj tirupati for my next visit too.

Cleaniness is declining. we could see the direct TAJ group and franchises VIBHIUTI hotels cost cutting with minimal staff etc.lots of room to improvement. compared to my last trip this one did not had a better feel.

Good location, beautiful interiors and helpful staff. Appreciated the Forest Essentials products in the bathroom and the food we had during our stay was good

Service was slow, both for checking in and for ordering food at the restaurant.

The Ambience of the lobby and restaurants was great, showcasing south Indian heritage.

Rooms though well appointed, cleanliness was not up to the mark. Carpets were worn out and house keeping staff did not do a thorough cleaning job. You would expect a better standard considering its a Taj group.

Location and Mr. Gandhi was very attentive when we pointed out that our allotted room was dirty. He changed and upgraded our room immediately.

Service at Varuna restaurant was significantly below Taj standards while taste was good. They need to improve quite a notch.

It was a good spread for breakfast. The other meals were fine too. Madona stood out as a receptionist, being extremely courteous and helpful. Mohan was an excellent driver who took us around. Smiling and skilful, he was an asset in our movement.

The toiletries could be more and cater for an entire day’s requirement for both gentlemen and ladies to provide a better experience.

I like the friendliness of the staff, especially, Margaret(I am not sure if I got the name right, but she said she is from Mizoram) she is very friendly and provided info about the hotel and the complimentary drink they provided when we checked in etc.

Breakfast was Excellent. I do not eat processed foods but eat whole foods. For breakfast I used to have omelet, millet, vegetables, beans curry. Room: Nice big room with 4 sitting places. Staff: Most of the staff was okay. Sukhal was very helpful.

For lunch I could not get beans own its own. For one breakfast i asked for 3-egg omelette and I got 1-egg cheese omelette. The staff is really kind and polite. They go out of their way to help you. Food tastes good.

My parents were served coffee with spoilt milk. Although it was replaced later. But serving food that can land someone in hospital is not TAJ standards.

Excellent Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Room for the price was small....Luxury King Size room, did not have even 1 bed for kids...when booking Taj staff kept writing emails that one extra bed already in room. But that was not the case and staff asked to pay few more bucks after paying 30K for 1 night. I expect better room and minimum one extra bed for kids - This is a bad thing.

The hotel is close to the airport and Tirumala hills.

The rooms are not clean, the toilet seat had stains, curtains had stains, the walls were dirty, water was leaking from the shower to the toilet. The food is not tasty. Overall significant improvements are required.

There service as usual the best, generally you see the room to judge the hotel. But here by the time you reach the room your heart is full by there service, somya was amazing in restaurant took good care of my kids.
