Receptionist told that room was not reserved in your name. No rooms available u may go. On repeated argument he has given room

Most worst experience I had! You don't even guide you . Room was very hot and no air circulation. Staff are very rude.

They did nt provide the rooms, vy cheap behaviour

People were disrespctful

Rooms are not at all good. No towel is supplied.. soaps issued only after many queries.I had to pay More than shown in booking app.

Room was not clean and pillow was in worst condition and toilet cummod was worst totally not worth.

The sheets were dirty and the hotel staff were pretty rude. .Even for a budget stay. Not to mention the extra charges they collect in the name of GST.

The hotel don't have the resturant. But have lot of resturant near by in walkable distance. Very near to Railway and bus station.

They have charged GST additional Rs 75/- inddition to amount received on mail . They have charged Rs 775 per day

I did not have breakfast, as it was not available. Air conditioner was not switched on the second day of stay,even after informing the officer on duty. As the weather was good,we could manage.The mate ,placed at toilet exit is dirty.The toilet seat is not fitted properly.

Nothing.. the room was not clean and the bathroom filthy with no clean towels or bedsheets.

They tricked and charged us extra

They had hot water for shower that was the only thing I liked

The owner is quite rude and the staff everytime just asks for money to the customers even in front of their owner. Wifi stops working in the evening and the room was also not totally clean.The staff are all over the place just sitting on the stairs and waiting for you to come and they'll ask for money, very frustrating

There were bedbugs in the room they provided, we came to know about it after some time, then we asked to change the room, they did it after 45 minutes. There is a huge difference between the property photos on the website and the actual room.

Morning time water heater??

First of all, we booked 2 rooms at each room cost of Rs.750 through online in this poor Durga residency for 24hrs timing on 06/09/23 in advance through booking.com.Then, we checked in their on 14/09/23 evening 6:30pm and checked out on 15/09/23 evening 5:40pm[that means we checked out within the timing they've alloted for us (24hrs)]But, when tried to leave the residence the owner asked me to pay again Rs.1500 and We asked "for what?"He said "You booked till 12pm only" and we asked them to show the bill then only we can pay for it, he denied to give. We said without bill we cannot pay for it, and he started shouting like "i don't know you have to, i don't know you have to" (again and again??) and their workers sorrounded there.Then, without any reason we paid extra Rs.1500? to them and left the reception with huge upset.Wait, This is not the end?Suddenly, one of their servent came in front and asked for tip. We said no(we have already paid money for nothing?). He started shouting like "you guys living and leaving freely!" like that.The real upset started there and made me review here.I'm not here to review their room, I'm here to convey that the characters in there are FRAUD OWNER, ONE SPECIFIC POOR BEHAVIOURED SERVANT. So, If you don't bother about the characters in their you can choose the poor Durga residency ASAP?.

location is very good..

The room has bedbug every where..I was not able to sleep for 5 min..

Location - it was close to bus stand.. 3 min walk

Blanket provided was not very clean.. had some dirt on it. Bedsheet and pillow was ok. Room could have been cleaned better by mopping and wiping the dust off windows and curtains
