Staff and location is very near to the main road good room nice stay

Nothing to complain

Only the lift and breakfast was good.

Room was very very small. Wardrobe door was hanging from hinges and was about to fell down. A/C remote was not working properly. Poor lighting. No space for any furniture and telephone was disconnected. A typical lodge room.

Nothing, breakfast was not enough for total guests. It was finished before some guests came for breakfast. AC was worst , only show piece. It was really spoil Treebo Name.

Staff was helpful.

The AC wasn't working, the room was average clean. Food wasn't good at all.

A nice place for a stay over. Pretty decent room and toilets. Well suited for family stay. Location near to all major places in Tirupathi.

The property cancelled my accommodation on short notice offered another stay which i denied. Arrange for refund which I paid fully to the hotel.

Breakfast served after 8, which is very inconvenient. People move to darshana by 7'0 clock itself maximum.

No room service properly.

Clean room and washroom, breakfast is good too, peaceful stay with and car parking available too.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property.While I found the staff to be friendly and polite, I believe they could benefit from additional training in cleaning standards. Unfortunately, the bedsheets and duvet were not clean, and I was disappointed to find that towels and bath amenities were not provided, which felt too basic for the property.During check-in and check-out, I interacted with a staff member whose name I cannot recall, but he was very nice and accommodating. I appreciated his assistance in granting me a late checkout until 1 PM.However, I noticed some areas that need attention. The corridors, particularly around the garbage room, had empty water bottles that detracted from the overall appearance. While I understand this is a pilgrims' place, it's important for management to address these issues.Additionally, I found the noise from the neighboring room to be disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. The bathrooms were not as clean as expected, and the towel hanger was broken, indicating that the room had not been thoroughly checked before my arrival. Furthermore, there were no tea or coffee amenities available; only a hot water kettle was provided, and the television was not functioning.Overall, while the staff provided good service, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I am unlikely to return.Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope it helps improve the experience for future guests.

Amenities, service everything is bad. Phone was not connected, unable to close the washroom door, the tap is broken

It was okk okk stay . Location was very good. Near to bus stand but the staff was not helpful. Could have more options in breakfast.

Breakfast served very late, options are limited and brought from outside which is not up to the mark. Location as the street is very narrow.

Beds were Super Comfortable

Staff didn't picked up our language. We have to pick our own language till room from lobby.

Room was quite big, but tv remote and AC remote was not working…. TV channels were of no use, no national channel all telgu channels. Other facilities was not there , except hotel stay…

Good response from the staff, premises was neat , however the towels were not clean.Walkable distance to Main road for conveyance ie: cabs and Autos as they are not prepared to come inside the sub road to Treebo hotel..

If restaurant is made available it would be of great convenience to the tourist staying in the hotel

Lift is not working, I have booked a double bedroom they provided twin bedroom, food is not so good, not much clean

Nothing special that can be mentioned.

Room service was not satisfactory. Even for getting drinking water in the room, the guests (customers) have to go and bring it from the corridor after filling the bottles.Breakfast provided, was of very poor quality (only idly/upma) .They avoid to provide GST bills against payments received. We extended our stay for a day and paid the full amount including GST but they were very reluctant to provide GST Bill (invoice).
