Break fast was less quantity no option like other treebo property 2pc idli and 2pc wada was provided as breakfast and no drinking water was available in, other treebo property they give option like poha,chapati or something else to eat and tea coffee was also not available

Nothing was special , bathroom was clean but blankets were not tidy Dirt marks were visible

Full of mosquitoes in washroom and bedroom. It bit my child on the hands and legs while sleeping. Also the flush didn't work and when informed the hotel staff didn't respond. There were used plates outside the room when we checked in and it was still there when we checked off also.

No cleanliness

The staff here provide very good service.

The furniture in the room is not of good quality and the beds are not comfortable. If they change that much, the hotel will be very nice.

Rooms were clean but no proper reception

Services like additional bed and clean sheets should have been made available.

I had a pretty good experience, my stay included breakfast, the staff were available whole time for any help.

My stay had a shared living room and the neighbours were disturbing, 24x7 hot water wasn't available but the staff got me a kettle on request, the public transportation isn't easy from this place.

Breakfast was not provided for first day , no restaurant facilities , even cutlery are very less

I travelled with my family for darshan and the front office staff was really helpful and flexible in adjusting check in hours.

Location of the facility near to Balaji bus stand and Tirumala check post, Hospitality by servers, Morning breakfast, extra bed and water bottle on need

Inaccurate listing of available facilities(not family friendly), servers communication language (They only knew Hindi and didn't know English or Telugu), Hot water availability and wait time, unavailability of kettle or coffee maker.

I had stayed in Itsy Hotels Riya's Grand at Tirupati during my visit to Tirumala temple. The location is accessible to Tirumala temple (near Alipiri bus depot), railway station and other temples such as ISKCON, Padmavathi, and Govindaswamy. The room was comfortable and staff was good.

Nice ambiance and good food.

We have booked 3 rooms.. so they provide us the whole floor for our family.. kids enjoyed there open area..It's very near to Bus Stand were u got the buses for tirumala.. View from the room was just incredible.. u can see the whole tirumala mountains.. clouds, rain.. walking distance from Kapila Teerth and most restaurants

The room was smelled like bad but washroom smelled bad the 402 there is no lock for washrooms

we did not spent too much time, except to take a sleep at night after darshan, so far everything is good.

Breakfast items to be increased. Hotel provided 2 idly and 1 vada. I think this quantity not sufficient for adult.Kindly provide the Coffee too. Overall Good stay. Staff behavior very good.

The staff has been very kind. They also allowed me to left the bag in the reception and take a shower after the check out, when I came back from my trip.I didn't try the breakfast because I left the hotel early, but they brought a tea and a bottle of water.Bed comfortable with AC and fan.
