Very rude behavior not friendly staff my booking was canceled by themselves and asked me extra money... don't ever go to this stay

They just took money and I did checkout on the same day

They way they took money with a promise that if u do not like we will return the money. But they just said u take any other room but no refund.

Everything we didn't like.The response from Hotel team worst, maintenance is not all good. There is no even 5rupess soap provided for customers, beds are not good at all, A/c remote was not working, not even 10 water bottle provided. Workers are sleeping on stairs it was disturbing a lot for customers.

While booking said 1 double cot & 1 single cot and not asked no of persons and cost of room is 1200. But after reach they taken 500rs for before time to reach and 300rs for extra bed. Not given extra bed and given single double coat. Noo neatness, clean and behavioral of staff.

The stay was lovely. Staff was good. Room was spacious. Bed was neat and clean.

I had a very comfortable stay here rooms are spacious with clean linen and all the basic amenities.

Staff was nice and always available to assist. bathroom has necessary essentials and neat and clean. Would recommend.

behaviour of the receptionist is very worst and not answering very harsh.. doesn't know English..Rooms are very compact not spacious... Even though we requested to pay extra amount for good room they are telling cancel your booking and go out if don't like it..

located in a good place just opposite tirumala hills

was given a Smoking room, didnt expect this in a place like tirumala, should have an option of non-smoking rooms too, not well maintained, dont think they change bed sheets and duvet, AC doesnt work, no toileteries, room has stinking smell, what age are we in? pathetic maintenance, will never choose this hotel for sure.

The rooms were good and clean.

The pricing was changed to 2198 from 1898 before tax. Don't know why they asked me more. So I paid anyway as I needed room.

They took extra 500 for early check in which was not mentioned in instructions5.hotel manager was very rude, he was not listening at all to anything which we asked6.we almost followed up for 5 time to even get one cup of tea7.no proper communication, not able to understand English correctly
