Hotel DKR residency

I did not like anything.. Totally worst experience

Room was too small for that budget.. There is no good parking facility .. We only take care of our vehicle.. No guarantee for your damages

No breakfast service NA. but the location was V Good

Room size can be little more and No ventilation is a concern. remain all are good to stay

Room was clean.

Receptionist are not trained properly. They do not know how to speak to the customers politely. They switch off the AC and heater and expect us to come downstairs and ask for it to switch it ON rather than switching it ON. Poor response from the owner too. One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed with the family. We paid for AC but we stayed without AC as well as hot water.

The room was very good. The staff were courteous and helpful. They held my booking even though I was late for checking in, of course I had paid ₹500 as advance for late checkin.

Parking space is not sufficient as I had to park in front of the Hotel which is situated on a busy main road. As a result taking the car out was a problem.

No elevator, rooms were ok ok, location didn't have any good veg restaurants nearby, hotel also didn't have options for food, geyser was not working.

Exceptional stay in DKR residency the rooms was excellent and very neat and clean bathrooms and the owner Varun was so responsible and he helped us a lot in getting Balaji darshan and local temple visit he givens us a excellent planning to go around if you are going with families for sure you can go with DKR and the location is at hear of the city and front office stay is very good and service is available for 24 hours

The property is very near to the Railway station & bust stand. Also it is easy to book any mode of transport for local attractions. The view is very beautiful..

Large comfortable beds covered with special bedspreads that get made by themselves, and bathrooms that are clean and shiny. The location was beautiful which is located in the temple City, we can see the 7hills view from the room...?

Cleaning in the rood not good. Bed sheet & Pillow coverwas torned. Walls covered by Dust. Improve these things.Opp. Manasa Tiffin centre saves your occupants from the hungry.

Location is good but no other advantages. Very small rooms and beds.

Single rooms are used for double room purpose.
