Even when i book for another 2 night booking is confirm but when going to hotel they says no rooms available even after showing them booking id then also they refuse and said that it is a server problem of the site ........mentally tired then i book thhe room of another hotrl

The mattresses can be more smoother.
The hotel is in second floor. The hotel didn't have generator. Whenever there is power problem, one has to take the stairs to second floor. The fans also don't work during that time. The road is under repair in front of hotel. The temporary walkway to the hotel is very unsafe.
Only the building is new. But the rooms doesn't match the pics in bookings. AC works the savior.
Don't Go by their bookings.com rating... The staff- father and son duo. They are simply cheats, not only they cheat govt of GST but nearly all customers.We booked 5 double beded rooms for eight of us (2 of us stay single at any cost). We reached at 10 pm as communicated to them. First they started with our head count and then forced us into 3 triple beded rooms and charged for 4 double beded rooms. No pantry and refused to help, even for bringing morning tea. Rooms at the location shouldn't be more than ₹500-600.
Very friendly staff and the rooms are very big. 4 people can easily stay in each room. The property manager also guided us on Darshan and other processes. He is very friendly
